Very frustrating and poor. Do not recommend anyone to go with this site. They are greedy and does not care about the problems of the customers. Hope everyone be careful as I have a very dodggy experience and they charged $36.00 for only 10 days.

DO NOT USE THIS APP, they charge extra fee for missing a payment and also a $19 monthly fee.

The initial processing of my application was not very well run as I had to chase up the additional information requested in having the additional information forwarded to the assessment team. I’m gathering that the work flow is slowed down due to having the Enquiries off shore and the assessment team appears to me as being based in Australia and the assessor had rang me to confirm a few things and then said it looks good and needs to confirm my employment, which she delegated that task back to the offshore area and left it later in the afternoon being the 3 hour time difference meant that the employment check had to be done the following day. This meant all up 4 days to get the application approved, which is too long when competing against other credit card companies that would have had that completed within 48 hours. This is just feedback to help improve your processes.

Absolutely horrendous company. Stay far away. Plenty of places to apply for credit cards that won’t deny you even if you make 70 grand a year at 19 and have no debt. Scum of the earth and they use AI to assess your application and sell your data to the Chinese.

Quick & easy application. That’s about the only positive. They give you a much smaller limit than applied for despite having a clear credit score & working full time. Their repayment system is strange. The money comes from your account on the due date, no worries, but takes nearly 10 days to reflect on your account. It’s meant to be useful as revolving credit but it’s really not when you have to wait so long for them to put that money back in your account. Be mindful that you pay $20 a month in interest on a $500 card. Minimum monthly payments are $40 so you’re basically taking one step forward & 2 steps back. They don’t want you making extra payments on your account. A customer service rep told me this & it’s evident in the difficulty to make extra payments on the app. Each extra payment you make takes about 5 days to deduct from your bank account and another 5-10 days to reflect in your Wizit account. They also don’t allow you to take screenshots on their app. I was taking screenshots to prove that there was an issue with the app. Wonder why they don’t allow it? So you can’t prove anything?? It’s all so slow & difficult. Better off with a bank.
