Wizfair Travel Arvostelua 

I wait until I'm done with my travel, knowing how bad they are at tricking their customers. To Wizfair agent name ALEXIS (I believe that is your name), here is for you:
So I booked my tickets to Hawaii because Skyscanner recommended it. Everything was great until one of Alexis's customer service representatives called me to say Alaska had called them, saying they were overbooked. Hence, they offered me a different airline, which I did not like because the schedule was different from what I originally booked, so I called Alaska Airlines in person. I asked whether they had overbooked the flight, but Alaska said they were not. Everything looks good on their end, so I confronted the agent who called me. The agent gave me a very vague answer, knowing that your trick of reselling my ticket for a higher price didn't work, huh!!! So, if you read this, and I hope you do!!! Please don't let this agent fool you!! Again, I waited until I was done with my travel before writing this review because I’m scared they will try anything funny with my booking. So my experience with WizFair has been horrible!!! Please choose an honest travel agent but this one is certainly NOT!!

After booking and paying the posted price on your website I was told my booking wasn't complete. With no booking and no reason for the non-completion, I called your help line. I explained the situation to Will and it took a very long time to finally find out that the price was higher than your published one. Will made me stay on hold for the entire duration of the process to cancel my booking which should have been available with a simple push of a button. He then tried to get me to accept the higher priced version of my booking dates or to re-book with another airline. He was quite insistent that I stay on the phone while he did all the necessary procedures while repeatedly asking me to send a review while we were talking. Altogether a very long and difficult procedure to achieve the desired result. Will was very polite although his continuing sales pitch became somewhat annoying.

The phone agents at Wizfair ask clients to write them positive reviews while they’re on hold. Hold times could be better. Overall, my experience with Wizfair has been positive. Their website isn’t that bad, but my agent sent me official documentation from the airline and it’s all legit. Thank you to ‘Stephen’ for the good customer service. When I got the confirmation from Wizfair, the number worked with the airline.

SORRY, BUT DIDN'T HAVE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. PURCHASED A TICKET TUCSON TO DENVER FOR $119 BUT WASN'T ALERTED THAT IT WAS AN "ECONOMY LITE" FARE. WHEN ASKED FARE FOR REGULAR TICKET WAS QUOTED FARE $250 MORE (EVEN THOUGH TWO ONE-WAYS -- STOPOVER AT CONNEXION CITY -- WOULD HAVE BEEN $277. ASKED TO CANCEL UNDER THEIR TERMS "For tickets purchased in the United States, customers may cancel the booking without penalty within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the scheduled departure is at least 7 days (168 hours) away at the time of booking." YET AGENTS THERE TRIED TO LEVY A SURPRISE $25 FEE THAT IS MENTION NOWHERE IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. REFUSED, AND WAS GRANTED, OF COURSE, "as a goodwill gesture, [IT] have waived [ITS] $25 service fee and successfully canceled your flight reservation.

I WROTE BACK A LETTER OF THANKS WITH THE ADMONITION THAT IT DOESN'T WORK OUT IN THE END TO RUN A DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS, UNLESS, OF COURSE, PARADOXICALLY, YOU ARE THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

I had a great experience using this company.,Specially Daiko Moore was very helpful.The booking process was simple and straightforward, and everything was clearly explained. Customer service was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which made the whole process stress-free. Prices were competitive, and there were no hidden surprises. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
