Saving phone numbers to directory.
The team tried hard to find a quick and easy solution to this problem, but unfortunately there is no quick and easy solution. The problem is that the 3CX system seems to wants to import all the numbers in my mobile phone directory, regardless of whether the person called me via 3CX, or via my normal mobile number. Obviously such a muddying of the waters is far from satisfactory. 3CX - please up your game!

With the latest 3CX update, there have been modifications to address book permissions, affecting how contacts are imported and managed. You're not alone in experiencing this issue; several users have reported similar concerns. In response, we've escalated this matter to 3CX to seek a resolution. Installation of internet and router. I’m always nervous with internet related issues. But Wizard are brilliant. From installing the fibre cable and the router to sorting out the internet connection . When I say sorting the internet they stayed on the line to ensure all my equipment was connected correctly and up and working.
Speaking to them live on the phone a very rare support these days. They are amazing, patient and understanding. Brilliant service.
