Unable to return an online purchase I…
Unable to return an online purchase I store due to no barcode being provided in an invoice/receipt. So now I need to ring or email to arrange a return. This will now waste more of my time, when a credit should have been raised and the store assistant should have been the person chasing barcodes and other details after the event. Clearly customer service is not what it should be.
Also being told no refunds only credits!
Will not shop at Wittner again.

Great price great shoes great delivery- sale was such good value I had to buy four pairs. I am still so excited that I got four pairs for the price of one in a normal winter season.

Bad Customer Service
I ordered in the holidays, but by 17 Jan I still have no tracking, cannot speak to anyone and all my emails and msgs just apologise and say they will get back to me. The money has already gone out of my account so I cant even cancel the order.

Disgraceful company
My order was cancelled because "the remaining products were not up to Wittner standards". I was not given the choice to receive my order and pay for any necessary repairs. My order was cancelled too late for me to buy anything on sale from another company. I contacted customer service and my emails were ignored.

Refund not honoured- only credit
Returned items which were unsuitable and did so in required time frame but was refused a refund. Only credit note. I will never buy online from Wittner again
