Good morning,

Please contact support@withlogos.com with your order number. If you ordered stainless steel mugs, you should not have received plastic mugs. This is a quality control issue and we would like to rectify this.

I ordered branded tennis balls

I ordered branded tennis balls, I legitimately tried to have them made with 3 other companies all of whom told me they couldn’t print my logo on a tennis ball. With Logos was the only company capable of it and they turned out great.
