Professional service from an excellent company.
Staff always helpful and friendly.
This company will contact you when the boiler needs it’s annual inspection, you are notified 20 minutes before arrival, the engineer is clean thoughtful and through. 👌

Great service and skills demonstrated by all their employees. They also came at the time they said they would. Great company to build trust with.

Booking was easy. Their gas safe engineer arrived on time and carried out an annual service on our boiler. He was polite and professional, leaving no mess. The bill was exactly as quoted with no surprises. I will likely be using these guys going forward and would recommend their services.

Quick, clean and efficient. Advanced notice given and on time. Far better than British Gas

Top guys doing my mum and dad’s bathroom. Was finished within 5 days . Would recommend to anyone wanting a new bathroom. Thanks to all.

No difference from our last review. Great and friendly service as usual.

Very friendly to deal with, professional engineer Jay clearly knew what he was doing.
I problem recommending them

We always use them.
They're reliable, trustworthy, provide good customer care. Reasonably priced service.

I never hesitate to call Wirral Gas - you know they’ll be there when they say and do the job. Great team.

Sure to recommend to anyone looking for an engineer to fix a complicated HeatMaster Neo system 👌🏽

Wirral Gas stepped in at short notice and undertook all the works required to refurb our whole ground floor in conjunction with our builders.

Works included, temporary feed to keep our old boiler up and running right throughout winter, install our new boiler and commission with Hive, upgrade all our radiator feeds from 10mm to 15mm, strip out anything not needed anymore, install 6 new rads and a new feed for our new gas hob. On top of that they fixed an existing tap in the bathroom that had seized. Nothing was too much trouble.

Jay,JP, Mike and Faz and a couple of others who we didn’t see all came over the multiple visits needed, they never let us down, turned up when they said they would, all worked tidily and all were polite and friendly. The work was first class, Lisa in the office was a pleasure to deal with when we needed some support. Give them a ring, they wont let you down.

Phil & Sarah

Hard working, respectful fitters., who answered all of my questions and gave me valuable advice.

Very quick response to replace boiler. Efficient service at fair price.

Dan was a pleasant guy. He fitted a radiator in our kitchen extension. Everything done good time in a professional way. Great service all round. Would definitely recommend.

Good communication, very helpful and friendly team, any works completed as planned, competently and professionally also charged reasonably.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional team, they have attention to detail, really looked after us. We cannot recommend Wirral Gas enough.

Sean did our boiler service for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Nice clean tidy worker - offered to take his boots off before coming in! Explained the process to me in terms I could understand. Definitely recommend.

From the first inspection through to completed repairs the team were friendly, helpful and high work standard. Prices were as quoted and all done on time
