I have lost more than 10k in deposit with this company!!!

I usually deposit 2k inr in all the betting sites I use. In this site when I deposit 2k there are some agents who offers 1999.99 inr instead of 2k. After paying and submitting the utr I never receive the deposit in my gaming account.

Whenever I make a query in this site they simply ask all the proofs including screen shots, bank statements and video proofs.
After submitting everything they simply close the query stating deposit not received and contact the bank. I have all clear proofs and the bank often confirms within minutes the receiver recived the money.
One of the worst scamming deposit world this win-win is!!!
They never do proper investigation and simply take those agents side!!

J'ai ensuite tenté d'effectuer deux retraits :

· Le 01/03

Ces deux demandes de retrait ont été refusées. Les messages d'erreur suivants m'ont été affichés : “Erreur de traitement du paiement” et “Difficultés techniques #01”.

Ce qui est problématique :
Le moyen de paiement Wave est pourtant toujours proposé et disponible dans la liste des options de retrait sur leur site. Je joins des captures d'écran de ces refus.

Demande :
Je souhaite pouvoir retirer mes gains. Ce blocage systématique des retraits, après avoir accepté mes dépôts sans difficulté, me semble être une pratique commerciale trompeuse, voire frauduleuse.
