Recently bought a mattress from Winksleep - perfect service from start to end and a great price. Really good quality mattress too. Will definitely use again soon for our next mattress.

Bed Good, Mattress terrible
Price was good, bed style is good and easy to assemble, memory coil mattress is terrible, just an old style sprung mattress not very supportive. Its not clear how firm the mattress are on the website

Please don’t waste your money and time.
Very very cheap quality and they not accepting the refund.
Not only did they send me their poor quality product, but I also received a damaged product.
When I reported it to them, they told me I should have asked the person who delivered to open the packages for me so I could make sure the items were not damaged.
I felt like I was being tricked.
Please don’t buy anything from them and please please don’t trust them. Don't waste your time and money on this company.
If is possible I can give them zero star .

WORST PURCHASE EVER !!!!
WORST PURCHASE EVER !!!!
0 stars if possible.
Everything with this bed has to be bought separately — the wheels, the storage, even basic parts you’d expect to be included. The bed sits flat on the floor, which is so unhygienic. You can’t mop or clean under it, can’t lift it, move it, and there’s no elevation at all. I have never seen a bed like this !! If you choose a light fabric, it gets dirty immediately, and good luck trying to maintain it.
I’ve been emailing and messaging customer service every day, and I’ve either been ignored or received the slowest, most unhelpful responses. Even when I tried to meet them halfway, they were stubborn and unwilling to cooperate. This was going back and forth for almost 3 month’s.
They don’t even offer refunds, which is unacceptable. Everything is sold separately, and honestly, how unprofessional is it to sell a bed that feels incomplete unless you buy five extra things? In the end, I had to DIY solutions just to make it functional.
Beware of this company. I would never recommend this experience to ANYONE !!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, it is appreciated.
As discussed with our business manager, the frame you selected was not sold with an ottoman base, nor was it advertised as such.
Feet are also an optional add on, therefore you were not lacking any necessary components
The majority of beds we sell are bespoke, and our terms and conditions outline the details of this.
As nothing was missing from your order, we did not offer a collection for refund.
We do sincerely apologise for any upset this caused, it was not intentional.

This company is a huge scam
This company is a huge scam. The colours of the beds themselves are nothing like the images on their website, and for some reason their bedframes are classed as bespoke and are non-refundable (moody wording in their returns policy means this is easy to miss). Try and catch you out at every little step in order to steal your money. I would avoid at all costs, like many others have warned on their trust pilot reviews it seems.

Thank you for your review. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience.
Winksleep are a legitimately registered business committed to providing high quality products and transparent service to all of our customers.
The item you purchased is considered bespoke, as it is made to order based on your chosen colour, fabric, size, and specification. This is clearly outlined and agreed to in our contract of sale at the point of purchase, including in our returns policy which is available to review prior to placing an order.
We always recommend ordering free fabric samples beforehand, as screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear online.
If there’s anything further we can do to assist or clarify, we’d be happy to help.

Absolutely in love with this bed!
Absolutely in love with this bed!
I was in love with this bed the moment it arrived, even the delivery driver commented on how nice it looked! The design was exactly what I spent weeks trying to find until I found it on Winksleep.
What really sets this bed apart is how incredibly customisable it is. I was able to choose everything from the material and colour (with super affordable sample swatches, which made the decision much easier), to the type of mattress, and whether I wanted under-bed storage or legs. It feels like a bed made just for me.
Best of all, it’s surprisingly affordable, especially compared to similar beds I looked at from other places.

Tranquil Sleep Haven Bed Frame
I recently purchased the Tranquil Sleep Haven bed frame, and it’s been a game-changer for my sleep setup. The assembly was surprisingly simple—clear instructions and all the tools included. Once set up, the frame felt incredibly sturdy with zero creaks or movement, even when shifting positions during the night. The minimalist design fits beautifully with my bedroom decor, and the under-bed clearance offers convenient storage space.Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their sleep space.

Scam
Scam.
Wrong colour bed delivered was promised a refund / replacement bed by their customer service.
2 months taken with customer service to now be told nothing will be done.
Supposedly old staff member told incorrect information but surely that’s still the companies issue to honour the refund / replacement ?
Phone line off the hook for weeks have to ring through babyfair ltd. Supposedly a known issue but why wouldn’t they highlight this on their social media? Convenient way of avoiding customer complaints
Company seems dodgey customer service awful do not buy
In response to winksleep response a swatch was ordered which was a total different colour to the bed received hence the complaint and issue.
Trust pilot page also says that winksleep have falsely edited their ratings and reviews, says it all.
