I can’t recommend Wink Sleep enough! They are so professional and friendly (especially Chloe from customer service) and the quality of my bed is next level for the price.

Would 100% recommend to a friend

Wonderful customer service

Amazing service received by Chloe at Winksleep, very polite, answered all my questions and was really helpful in the aftercare of my bed purchase. 5*

Good service

UPDATED REVIEW- Was a 1* review before becausw of Reema in customer service but Chloe rang me and apologized sorted out my issue with me and really showed me great customer service skills. She made sure I feel heard as a customer and she is really great at her job, a credit to the company. Now a happy customer 5* review based on Chloe.

I have updated my review today (previously 1 star) due to the amazing customer service I received from Chloe and her dedication to sorting out my delivery issues spanning the previous month. Still 3 stars as bed is great but I had a terrible customer service experience before she got involved and website does not reflect reality in terms of delivery lead time and “fast & free” delivery which it isn’t either of them., if customer service that she has shown is reflected in their future orders and they amend their false advertising on the website they could get much higher review scores in the future.

Excellent in all ways. Very happy with the bed and the overall service - thank you x

The company was very useful in sorting out my issues and providing me with a solution with quick delivery. Great memory foam mattress.

Our bed is lovely. Your delivery drivers were amazing. They went above and beyong even though they had to make 2 trips. Thank you.

Zero consistency in communication - it was only when I chased for an update on the requested delivery date change I found out it was still due to turn up on the day I said I wouldn't be in!

They're also refusing to give me a refund for chosing express delivery because apparently Nowich is a "remote area of the UK".

Can't comment on the quality of the bed frame because it won't arrive until they next decide to deliver to the area.

Avoid at all costs.

Purchased 3 mattresses, all received in good time and all of excellent quality. Would definitely recommend if your looking for mattresses m, great quality & great prices.

The beds are exactly as it’s shown😊the mattress are very comfortable😌so yes really happy!
The only thing that I’m not happy it’s the person who bring the staff didn’t help me at all.
Also the lady that she called me she was really nice and kind!! Thank you.

I ordered 2 lift up bed for my sons and they are perfect. Super fast delivery and very well wrapped so they didn’t get dirty during transporting. Thank you 5*****

Services was great . Mattress delivered within few days . We'll packaged and protected.
Mattress was bought for my 16 year old son . So far he his delighted and thinks he actually sleeping better . Would recommend

First time using this company for my daughter’s king size velvet crush ottoman bed? Ho my god it’s fantastic it looks stunning loads of space under the lift up ottoman. I will definitely be buying another one. Also just to comment when the bed arrived the delivery driver was fantastic. Xxx Thankyou

Great mattress, it’s not to soft and not to hard. Brought for my daughter was unsure whether it would be suitable but it’s perfect. She usually comes and invades my bed but I cannot help but to jump in hers now because it’s so cosy. So happy delivery was great and so was all communication.

Had issue with bed, quickly resolved with customer service
