Wife's annual Christmas gift

Great wine, not a great website, but getting better?
As always, the wine subscriptions are a great gift and my recipients love it. The issues I have are all regarding the functionality of the website. This has been a challenge for about a decade (or more) at this point. They've finally made it so that you can "reorder" gift subscriptions, but it wouldn't accept a credit card and kept kicking me out of the payment process, even while I was still typing in the card number. It ended up working fine today through PayPal, but I wanted to pay with a card directly and am frustrated, yet again, with how clunky this process is year after year.

WOMC knock it outta the park.
WOMC went above and beyond to insure my gifts arrived on time.
Fedex never delivered my order but showed it being signed for misspelling my name.
I texted WOMC who expedited replacements so I would get them in time and shipped to my office where I was sure to receive it.
I'm very impressed with how they handled the situation and how quickly.
Everyone I've given the wine or port gifts to have loved them and were extremely happy to have received such a unique and satisfying gift.
I highly recommend WOMC for personal and professional wine/port gifts. 10 Stars, not 5.

Appreciated Follow Up
We made the order online and erroneously put a start date on the order that was sooner than we wanted. I called customer service at Wine Of The Month club to see if a change could be made. Wine Of The Month club was not able to make the change, but helped me to work around the problem and sent me a set of wine glasses to resolve my situation. I appreciated their following up with me.
