Super speedy delivery…

I ordered a case of wine mid afternoon and received it early the same evening. The young man delivering it was most helpful. I am soooooo impressed. Thank you.

Customer service sucks

Their shipping status link doesn't work and they don't respond to phone calls or emails. I've just contacted PayPal to get reimbursed. Won't be shopping with them again.

Reliable company

Wine Deals Direct great service, wine arrived on time.

One improvement could be communication that order is being processed sent E-mail no reply called and no answer, but they called straight back.

Have used several times and will continue to use in the future. 👍

I love dark horse wine

I love that wine and not just beach it has a horse he’d S it’s label it’s very very tasty and strong and dry witch is how I like my wine to be I used to get it from over here but now I carnt so I am really happy that you have it over there I hope you never stop making it as long as you have it I’ll by it again. And again
