A lot of the wood around the windows is now chipped, cracked and missing large pieces. I have called at least 3 times to ask when they are going to install my screen door, and I still don’t have it, or even a firm answer, WEEKS later. I am tired of calling and chasing after them. Would not use again. The installers were kind and did the best they could with what they had to work with. The sales pitch was over 3 hours…

Frey New Window Installation
The crew showed up during time frame provided but had to request an additional three workers in order to complete the installation in one day. The workers covered up all furniture and stairs to minimize dust. There was some minor damage to drywall but the crew came back the next day to spackle and repair the walls
