Workers using drugs on the job
It is hard to be constructive in this, when we had this experience. Never would we have expected to have someone smoke his drugs at our home and then proceed to try to do his job. We cannot complain about the windows themselves they are exactly what we ordered. the complaint is in Bobby and his crew. Bobby denied using he blamed his coworker. Which makes me question him also. Bobby had his 14 year old nephew with him. what is this teaching a young person, its ok to do your drugs any where you want to? I am not sure why you have asked me to give you a second review as if the first one didn't tell you how we feel about it. Your manager called and said the drugs were not expectable we agree with that. But we wonder if anything will come of our complaint. I hope and pray that this problem doesn't happen at someone else's place, and a serious injury takes place. there is no home owners insurance that will pay for that one.
