Window Nation - Cleveland Arvostelua

They sent only one man to put in windows 8 large windows. then towards the end here comes 4 more. they made a large dent in the dry wall. they didn't have all the screens. tore up some wood around window left some mess we cleaned up. Ryan said the finance would be 18 months interest free and 10.99. well come to find out that company said they never had that its 23.99 interest. also at that time we bought a whole house of windows. so we should have got a front door free. but Ryan said he would make us a door but charge us between 3000. to 6000. but not on this?

Friendly installers and neat job. Good company to deal with.

Team was extremely prompt, professional, respectful, and quick!

Dre (salesman) was very professional and personable. Communication was excellent. We knew what was happening every step of the way.
Rory (installer) was very professional and knowledgeable.

Our salesman Joshua Dickey was excellent and very nice to work with. Then the installers were a group of 4 Amish men that were right on time, immediately started to work and the 14 windows were put in super fast!! Entire install was done in 3 and a half hours. They were nice snd cleaned up all their messes. Very professional.

prompt on time arrival. windows installed well and quickly. so far they look real good. answered my questions.

one additional comment: lady did a follow up yesterday, 10/2, and in the course of conversation advised me to keep windows shut and locked . as it is still somewhat hot, i advised her i had opened two to allow some night air in (i had taken out my window air conditioners) for installation. i also advised her that i had asked the installer before they left if i cold open the windows, and they said okay. my point is there could have been a little more detail provided about use of the windows. nthing was mentioned.

They were on time, professional, they cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely recommend Window Nation

Quick response for a quote. On time to give me the quote and the sales rep. Was very professional and knowledgeable of their product. He also explained everything in detail. The installation crew was great. Very professional and clean. I was very satisfied.

Guys were fast efficient and they cleaned up.

I have had a very good experience in purchasing my new windows from the very first contact by the canvasser through my sales rep, Ryan Hume, who spent an evening throughly explaining the product quality, cost and multiple options. The product was delivered earlier than projected and installed quickly and efficiently by an incredibly experienced and efficient installation team. It has been a very pleasurable experience.

They were quick, friendly and nice.

The screen door had been sticking for a while. I finally called and they came out promptly and readjusted it. The best it's ever worked. !!!!

Everything was straightforward from the jump. Process went smoothly, any changes were made promptly. Installers were excellent and that makes all the difference.

The entire experience was easy, professional and timely. Highly recommend!!!

Kept me informed throughout the process with timely email and text messages. Arrived promptly and went right to work. Installers were friendly, courteous, and professional.

Cleaned up all areas when install was complete.

The ordering and installation of our windows went well. However one of our windows was made 1/2 inch too short. This was noted on our delivery receipt by me and followed up with a message to our sales man. No response yet after six days.

I bought whole house windows. All 11 windows were installed incorrectly... My best guess is too much spray foam pushing all the casings out. The spray foam even came inside my windows and house. The subcontracted installers were in such a hurry to leave they did not go through any of the work with me. Not a single window is straight or flush with the house! All of them are crooked.
I requested a service appointment, and another tech came out last week. He agreed with me that the work was not correct. He took pictures, wrote a report, but now it's been another full week and zero follow through. I sent an email, and no response. I called 4 times now and been told, "someone will call you to schedule a service appointment." No one has called me to rectify the issue, and apparently, there is no supervisor or manager responsible for making sure that this install was done properly. Gotta love subcontractors! Window Nation was lightning fast to schedule installation, and the sales team was very nice and easy to get a hold of. But now that there's a problem, radio silence! Do NOT use Window Nation. I am deeply regretting my decision to use this company and am very disappointed. You'd think spending $20k would get you better service than this. If you "want a 5 star survey," then structure your company to provide actual customer service, not phone call centers with no one who can actually answer questions or resolve issue. Provide your customers with a touch point supervisor who can rectify shoddy work, and a response that doesn't take over 2 weeks!

Workers arrived on time - very polite. Four guys worked hard all day - not on their phones at all - just worked! Windows were installed perfectly! Overall a great experience!
