Window Nation - Cincinnati Arvostelua

Windows look great! Installation went smoothly!

Great windows, pleasant, professional installation by Brock and his crew.

The initial install was not done correctly and the installer left a large amount of scrap that had long and sharp components from the original windows. 3 of the replacement screens were too small and had to be replaced. A total of 4 visits by the Window Nation repair team were required over the period of over 2 months to finally fix the issues, which were resolved. The windows look good now, but it was a much more painful process than it should have been. I was also told I would receive a restaurant gift card, which I never received.

Allen was very informative and answered all my questions. Was as careful as could be inside and outside due to the weather conditions. Installers worked steadily until all three windows were installed. Was pleased with their work.

The window installers arrived on time. They did a nice job of explaining how the windows would be installed and completed the installation process. Afterwards, they even performed basic clean up before leaving our house. We’re happy with our new windows!

Awesome service from consultation to installation! The quality of the windows is superior and we are very pleased with them. We will definitely use Window Nation for our future needs!

The installers were professional and respectful of our home. They delayed the installation due to the weather which we appreciated.

Several errors with order, still to be fixed. Still waiting on final breakdown of sales for windows. The men who installed them was awesome. They were professional, explained how to operate windows, and did GREAT installing windows. The trim work and caulking was the best of have seen. The installer explained that he would document the window errors, and missing screen. I was notified the next day by Kate about the 4 windows with errors, shutters, and screen and when estimate of completion, which will be another month.

The installers were very professional and reliable. Their installation was perfect with no issues. The installers were very courteous and they respected my property.

We appreciated that there was no hard sell. The representative listened to our needs and presented accordingly. Communication between us and WN was impressive throughout. Installation was quick, efficient and we are very happy with our purchase!

The man that did the repairs was nice and very good at fixing the windows.
However, I am not satisfied with the financing. I saw on the website I could have financed thru Window Nation and not Synchrony who is charging us a lot of interest. I would like to change to Window Nation if possible. Not sure how to do this.

My 5 new black outside and white inside double hung windows were installed on Monday, November 17th by Brennan. He was a very experienced and knowledgeable installer and he was able to complete the job in one day and it really changed the look of my home. Too soon to say anything about energy savings yet, but they are really easy to clean inside the home and the full window screen is easily removed as well. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market to replace old windows. Mine were 41 yrs old, so it was time to replace.

Friendly and professional. Great job!

Your installation team is great! They were polite, respectful and quick.

The install was horrible my 5000 dollar door looks horrible my sliding glass door was shoved into place and the door was to big for the opening but they didn't care they just shoved it into the hole. There was one installer that did some of the windows and those turned out great. But the door a toddler could of done a better job. My front door doesn't seal. And light is coming in from the bottom right corner. The installer was very confrontational after I was happy with my horrible install. I dont recommend anything from window nation. It was a horrible experience and an unprofessional install.

DID NOT RECEIVE GLASS FOR FRONT STORM DOOR ONLY SCREEN!!!!!!
DID NOT TRIM INSIDE interior back door.
DID NOT ADJUST interior doors front & back
They almost close shut when released!!!!!

Great experience from initial discussion delivery and installation. Professional sales people and exceptional qualified installers, cleanup included. Small issue was taken care of promptly. Would recommend window nation for your next big project!

Very good. I thought the tint would be darker

The service was terrific! The man that can to my home gave uncompairable service.

Window Nation was great and easy to work with!! Sales person, measuring tech, and especially installation crew, were professional, courteous, and meticulous. Windows look great!! I have to reserve final judgement on window quality, and installation until after a year or 3 years or even 5 years. As of today we are more than happy with window quality and installation. Highly recommend.
