I called on a Friday morning and was told it might be Monday before I received a call back, however I received a call the same afternoon with an engineer visit arranged for Monday morning. Once the appointment was made, I found the company to be efficient as they kept me up to date with the engineers progress and they turned up when they said they would. Similarly, once I'd agreed to have the job done and the part required ordered, I was kept up to date at all times. Whilst I found the job to be expensive (but I did agree with it and didn't have to), it was carried out to my complete satisfaction and Adam (the engineer) was courteous, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Windowgeeks despite the cost as the job is now complete and within the same week.

Really good communication from start to finish and friendly no pressure free quote. The quote was very good and Adam the engineer was brilliant. The quality of work was superb and I would highly recommend Window Geeks!

Window geeks came out and fixed my porch door which was sticking, hard to lock and out of line. Needed to replace bottom panel in PVC door. Job done swiftly with minimum fuss. Added bonus - for some reason lock is now easier to lock/unlock. Will use again.

Had a problem with window handle after initial fitting but Paul came out quickly to fix the problem at no extra cost. Would recommend this company as efficient and good value for money.

Amazing Service from start to finish, we booked in and were provided with an arrival time. Neil arrived on time and was very professional and clearly an expert at what he does. I have had 2 people out from a different company to look at my front door but it only got worse, when Neil arrived he knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it straight away, it is now as good as new! So happy with the job & great value for money. I would highly recommend WindowGeeks.

Had a leaking conservatory in 2 places and contacted Window Geeks to repair. WIthin 2 days had a biblical downpour was sceptical and it no leaks. Can’t recommend enough.

Window Geeks replaced all my external trims on 4 patio doors. foam filled/resealed. Look brilliant.
Also serviced my patio door. New lock and 'packed' the frame to 'square' it. Again excellent work.
