A truly professional and trustworthy experience. I took a Cartier watch to Daren sometime ago and he offered a fair price. The service I received from him personally was exceptional. As a result I returned with another Cartier watch which was not working correctly. Not only did this gentleman remember me but he immediately addressed the problem with my watch ,working in front of me , nothing to hide ,confident in his ability to fix the issue, which he did . I would trust Derran with any quality watch I owned and would have no hesitation in recommending his services. When I have the cash ,this is where I will buy my next watch. I trust him, his knowledge and judgment implicitly.

Took in 2 watches for repair. Neither had any great value but the more valuable one was repaired to my complete satisfaction and we came to an arrangement for the other one. Very knowledgeable and caring. Would thoroughly recommend.

When you buy an expensive watch over the internet which you have not seen in person, you do worry about who you are doing business with and what condition the watch is really in.
