Arnaque totale – Ils m’ont volé 1 000 € après vérification complète
J’ai ouvert un compte sur ce casino en utilisant mon vrai nom, mon vrai prénom, ma vraie adresse et mes vraies informations. J’ai validé mon compte bancaire, envoyé ma carte d’identité recto-verso, un selfie avec la pièce et tout le KYC demandé. Tout était accepté, j’ai pu déposer et jouer sans aucun problème.
J’ai eu la chance de gagner 1 000 €. Dès que j’ai demandé le retrait… compte bloqué immédiatement.
Le motif donné ? « Vous avez utilisé les informations d’une autre personne lors de l’enregistrement ».
C’est complètement faux. J’ai tout fourni en mon nom propre, ils ont vérifié, tout était OK… jusqu’au moment de payer. Depuis, ils ne répondent plus aux mails, le chat est muet, et mon argent a purement et simplement disparu.
J’ai tout : captures d’écran du KYC validé, historique des dépôts/retraits, échanges de mails. C’est du vol organisé.
Évitez ce casino comme la peste. Ils attirent les joueurs avec des bonus, laissent gagner un peu, puis bloquent tout dès que ça devient sérieux. Honteux.
Je déconseille à 200 % et je vais porter plainte auprès des autorités (ARJEL / autorités du pays de licence + réclamation auprès de mon banque).

I am having great trouble getting a withdrawail in DKK
Despite the fact that i am from Denmark, and have made all bets and deposits in DKK, the system refuse to accept DKK as currency when i want to withdrw my winnings.
For one week now i have tried to get it fixed, but all i have acomplished until now is a series of similar emails from support requesting (and getting) the same screenshots of the settings over and over again.
I cant help getting the feeling, that it is not handled by a human but an AI instead...
