I have done an A level subject there and it was a nice comfortable experience.

I Booked 1 month of 1 on 1 math tutoring for my 16 year old daughter. We went on a Thursday evening , the hurst centre was very dark and eerie and my Daughter felt uncomfortable having a 1 on 1 with a male teacher she didn’t know upstairs in a classroom hidden away, she felt there would be others, not just her and a male tutor upstairs in a little classroom hidden away. Larry seemed nice but my Daughter wasn’t comfortable.
I explained this to Wina tutors and they tried to book my daughter on a different day but she is unavailable. So I asked for some sort of a refund as we couldn’t come to a conclusion as they were desperate to keep the funds. We was not aware of the tutoring circumstances.
Wina tutors dug their hills in and eventually gave us 50% back, £180.
So I spent £180 on 10 minutes with “ Larry “.
Horrendous and a not understanding tutoring company. Stay well clear !!!

I started using WinA tutors for my daughter in May 2021 when she was in Yr9. Then she was really struggling with Physics but in addition to that she clearly needed help in maths and chemistry. Apart from helping my daughter really improve her grades exponentially, the tutors also helped improve her mindset positively. Now if she is struggling with a subject or topic instead of throwing in the towel and tell herself she isn’t good at it, she finds a way of teaching herself through available materials and this is really paying off.

Didn’t know a place like this existed in the area for private exams. I retook my Biology and Chemistry A-Level papers with WinA Tutors which went really smoothly. The exams officer explained the whole process clearly over phone in advance and kept me up to speed with timetable reminders/what to bring etc. Also a lot calmer and quieter than being in a school exam hall - would highly recommend!

A brilliant experience with WinA Tutors. The teaching staff deliberately take their time to explain concepts, and focus on mastering examination technique. There are also opportunities to gain work experience, by supporting the business in educational and/or administrative capacities. Wina Tutorial College allowed me to write my Business Studies GCSE from four online exams. The tutors were patient, helpful and really kind.
