Please avoid ordering from this company. Ordered over £300 worth of products and they delivered it to a completely different address. Customer service team was ruthless, didn't give a toss about me losing clients as I had them prebooked. They have STILL not issued my refund!

First time I have ordered NAD+ it was delivered 3 weeks later instead of 1-2 working days they promised. Second order, now I can’t get in contact with them at all. Ordered my product on 17th, 8 days later and again my order is late, I hope, I can get my money back!

I live arcoss the warter.My review is two part, I originally had an issue with my order. I immediately informed customer service. They took my issue seriously an within a week the problem was resolved. Talk about amazing customer service. Thank you Wimpole Fillers, told my family members and friends about your products.

Understand it’s over Christmas but still taken the payment and states order being processed but no communication on emails / tel numbers

What I find great about this company is the consistency of its order processing timetable. I know exactly when orders are being sent out, and I dont have to ever worry that anything is being held up or late. Those of us that are international customers really appreciate this quality of service. My last standard shipping order I even received only 1 week after ordering.

One area I feel that they would really be able to improve in is the quality of shipment packaging. My past orders have been minimally packaged considering they are fragile + are going through international channels. As nice as it was to include some extra products in one of my packages, One of the gifts broke during shipment. And that particular product created a mess in the entire shipment. As nice and generous as that was, this type of situation could lead some to view this company as unprofessional. I would say it's time to invest in your own packaging, maybe even some with your own branding for icing on the cake.

I will never use this company again!

I placed an order to my salon address, had previously ordered to another work place, they have sent my next day delivery to the old address and have NOT checked the address on the order. I cannot change it either so now I have to rescheudle my client and thats only if she is happy to, wasting my time, my booking calender and my income.

How can an organisation like this PUT ON THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. it has gone to a place far away where i no longer work. If they do not compensate for the time wasted and this hideous mistake (which is the 2nd out of 3-4 deleries i have made since using them) I will make a legal claim against then for loss of earnings.

Do not use they are poorly organised and not diligent at all, furthermore, i have tried calling 15 times and they do not pick up the phone.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SUPPLIER THERE ARE MANY OTHER BETTER ONES

Over all a good company to deal with, until it isn't. Do not bother trying to ask any questions they not interested. Not while using WhatsApp anyway. Had this experience today.
