I’d highly recommend Wimpole Clinic for anyone considering it! From initial consultation with Adam in Bristol for a hair transplant, through to the day of surgery in London and aftercare, the whole team were excellent. I was provided with clear guidance on what to expect and the steps for aftercare, including check ins via WhatsApp and answering any queries. Had the procedure in late 2024 and every barber I’ve been to says the transplant is of the best they’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Adam and the team.

I had my hair transplant at Wimpole Clinic two weeks ago, and I can honestly say it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I had been putting this off for years, but I’m so glad I finally went ahead with it. From the very first interaction, the whole team made the process feel calm, professional, and reassuring.

My surgeon, Dr Barry, was absolutely brilliant. He was reassuring, meticulous, and clearly a master of what he does. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and gave me complete confidence throughout the procedure.

Husnain, my coordinator, was excellent, a great communicator both before and after the procedure. He made sure I was well informed at every step and was always responsive and supportive, which made a big difference.

The senior nurse, Beliana, carried out most of the harvesting and implantation. With over 30 years of experience, her skill really showed. Beyond that, she demonstrated genuine compassion and a wonderful character, which made the long day much easier and more comfortable.

The procedure itself went smoothly, recovery has gone exactly as planned, and now at two weeks post-op everything looks great. All the transplanted hair is growing well, and the overall result already looks very encouraging.

I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my decision and with the care I received. I would highly recommend Wimpole Clinic and this team to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Absolutely fantastic service undertaking my hair transplant from the initial meeting with Simone right through to the actual transplant with Dr Ricardo and his team, then great after care from Simone.

Dr Peter Barron and his team were the ones who performed my hair transplant and i would highly reccomend them. When it came to the transplant, they made sure I was comfortable and addressed any concerns I had regarding the hair transplant. They corrected the issues regarding my hair and I am pleased with the current progress/results.

I would also like to mention Husnain Mushtaq the patient advisor that surpported me through the entire process. He made sure I was well informed before and after the hair transplant.

He instructed me in after-care which is the most critical point after a hair transplant, it went by without any hiccups thanks to him staying in contact with me and giving me regular instructions on what I had to do. Their communication was a key factor to my recovery.

I’m 10 days post procedure after a hair transplant and feeling great. On the day, Dr. Ricardo and his team were fantastic - made me feel totally at ease and the day actually went very quickly.

For preparation and after care Simone has looked after me really well. Daily messages and calls to ensure I have what I need and help with any questions etc.

Looking forward to the coming months to see the results!

Currently a week into the recovery process so can't comment too much on results but Adam, Doctor Thomas and the great team at Bristol have been very helpful throughout the procedure and consultation process. I'll add more details further down the line

I’m now just over six months post-transplant and the results are excellent, with even more improvement still to come. I’ve been back three times since for PRP treatment and, as always, the Wimpole team have been professional and supportive throughout. Special mention to Husnain, who made the whole process seamless. This is an amazing clinic . The surgeons are brilliant and the staff understanding. Fact is they do many ops per week. I had no swelling of the head unlike several people I know who took what seemed like the more cost effective Turkey route 😱.

Samantha was very attentive, taking the time to analyse my post-op hair thoroughly and answered all my questions. Ok, so I’ve waited for the results (4 months) before I post this review, to give an honest and complete review.
I have to say, I wholeheartedly recommend the Wimpole clinic for the following reasons:
I could not have been taken better care of.
The gorgeous Elise is professional, experienced, honest, kind, caring, thorough and a credit to the clinic. She basically organises everything 🤣.
Dr Ricardo did my procedure - again very professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and experienced.
From the original consultation, again very honest and professional, everything went exactly as I was told.
So now? 4 months in? The results are still improving, but I have to say I am delighted with the results as they are now and they will continue to improve in the coming months.
Yes, there are clinics abroad - good and not so good - but I must emphasise, having the reassurance, check ups and care as back up in the UK, was invaluable.

Simone has been there for me all the way, from the prep beforehand to the aftercare in the days/weeks after, in which he was available to message at any time and answer all my questions. From consultation to having the transplant and after care, Marie has been really easy and lovely to deal with. Big shout out to Dr Log and his team who done an amazing job during the hair transplant, providing constant updates and reassuring me during the procedure.
It doesn’t hurt anywhere near as much as you think, which was a concern going in prior to the transplant but the team helped ease and reassure me.
You receive clear instructions for aftercare and can ask questions any time via WhatsApp or email.

Hi recently had my hair transplant procedure, and the whole experience was a pleasure, the staff at the clinic are very friendly and helpful, my patient advisor Husnain was very helpful and answered all my questions with transparency and honesty. My surgeon Dr Mir Malkani was also very knowledgeable and guided me with his expertise. I have yet to see the end results as my procedure was 2 weeks ago, but I'm very much looking forward to seeing my results. Thanks to everyone at the Wimpole clinic.
