Very convenient, safe Easy to access. I booked one in picton and the staff is very helpful. Specially ‘Michelle rope’ is an amazing human. She helped me a lot. Overall it was great experience.

Picton manager Michelle Rope absolutely awesome

Michelle Rope the manager at Wilsons Picton was just awesome. Nothing was too much trouble, and the process was very easy. One less thing we needed to stress about with our down sizing move. Thank you Michelle. The facilities are great and getting access has been straight forward and as per our instructions.

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was excellent, Michelle was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t end up needing the unit I booked but would book in future if needed as facility is clean and organised.

The cleanliness of the facility & ease…

The cleanliness of the facility & ease of operation for a person new to using storage. The help given to me by staff is wonderful & restored my faith in a difficult time in my life. This is a great local facility.
