The manager Anthea is very nice and really helpful. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. The pricing is reasonable. My only negative comment is that you are not permitted to ride in the frieght... Näytä lisää

I’ve had a very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience with Wilson Storage as an international customer for 9 months before returning to Australia. Michelle was very helpful in getting me set up with the right size unit for the items I already had here and the rest of my belongings which arrived almost a year later from the UK. Calculating storage unit size, changing my British to Australian payment methods. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If I need storage again I will be going back.

Amazing Service

Love how easy and seamless this process was. Anthea is a legend! Knowlegable and to the point with all the information I needed. Thank you for all your help. So happy I am sorted now with all my storage needs. Highly recommend to anyone who needs this service.

Excellent customer service

I had a very good experience, with good, clear information on my initial query. Booking in was easy. The system was explained and demonstrated clearly. Andrea was pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable.
