WillPowders Arvostelua

Fantastic Customer Service from the team at WillPowders, this follows the high standards and quality of their products

Great customer service and after care. Thank you

Brilliant first time I have had to use Willpowders customer service and like the experience with the products over the last 4 years it did not disappoint… quick helpful friendly service thanks 🙏

The best products, the best customer support - and products that I trust for me and my family. We’ve been using willpowders for years now. I use MCT and collagen daily, electrotide and nootropics as I need them and the protein shake for myself and my picky eater son…. I trust the provenance, I trust the quality and I know if I’ve got a question or a (rare) issue then the team at Willpowders will move heaven and earth to put things right.

Fantastic experience with Will Powders, a great product which really does what it says on the tin. Dealing with Customer service is a breeze, website & subscription service super easy to use!

Great company that really cares.

Quick call answering from customer service. They were polite and helpful with my query regarding Electrotide.
Which I’m happy to say they resolved immediately.
It is a great product and I’ve used it for quite some time. I would recommend it.
Prompt delivery. Great customer service.

Davina and the team continue to buck the trend and provide exceptional quality clean supplements !
A five year customer now and simply superb 👌

I love willpowders products they are the best out there in my opinion the quality is second to none, delivery is always quick and efficient. I had a query once and the service was brilliant nothing is too much trouble, I have products monthly and I could not survive without my staples on a monthly basis . I have been with will powders for a few years now . I have tried other products occasionally and soon come to my senses. Plus I love FFS# makes me smile every time my box arrives …. Just saying !!!😛

Wonderful customer service.
Super efficient and resolved the query I had with no hesitation

Will powders collagen is brilliant. I was recommended it due to surgical menopause. It helped with healing. Within days of starting it people kept commenting on how my skin looked. It has no flavour and if anything makes my morning coffee taste better.

Good
Easy to use
Tasteless in a hot drink which is what you want in the morning
Don’t expect instant health results
I don’t feel amazing taking it but I don’t feel worse either
Not the most expensive subscription I have but not the cheapest either
It is a good quality collagen so depends on how much you want to spend 🤷🏼‍♀️

A recent order of collagen powder arrived damaged and leaking. This was addressed within minutes, and a replacement sent out in no time. Communication was excellent throughout. I have been ordering from Willpowder for a year or so now, and highly rate their products. This is the first mishap, and it was handled superbly 😊.

great results

Saw these advertised on ITV this morning …I was a little skeptical… however thought I’d give keto creamer a go after recently coming off a weight loss jabs and shedding 4.5 stone. I’m trying to maintain my weight without wanting to reverting to old habits
. These are an absolute godsend in my coffee every morning. Keep me feeling fuller for longer, not feeling like I want a sweet snack mid morning , and they taste delicious in my coffee (in fact, like an old-school coffee mate). !

Excellent service and excellent products! Love the collagen and the electrolytes especially 🌟

Great delivery time. I bought the Ket creamer. Added to my coffee and it's absolutely delicious. Do think it curbed my appetite but the weather is extremely hot. Anyway tried it a second day and felt the suppression again.
Noticed a bit of powder in the bottom of the delivery box thought it was just a travel spillage but then found a small slit in the bottom of the pouch. Got in touch with the company and they couldn't be more apologetic and are sending a replacement straight away.
Fantastic customer service and product. Love the Keto creamer so much I have ordered their selection box to try their other products. Seem to be of a very high standard and quality. Would recommend from my experience so far

I recently purchased the bovine collagen from Will powders, because it was recommended by a friend.
Upon order I accidentally ordered the Electro ice lollies! I love electrolyte drinks, so didn't think much of it and decided to give them a go! Worse decision.
Tehy taste awful, salty and sour, just not for my taste at all. Electrolyte drinks usually have sweeteners , not salt added. I couldn't even finish one, and I hate waste!
Contacted customer service and their response was: 'sorry you didn't like them, but we cannot offer you refund/accept a return as it is food item, have a good day!'.
And I absolutely get it (the food item part), however there should have been some solution offered! Bad customer service, safely to say, I wont be ordering form them again, just for this reason.

I've been using WillPowders for a while now and reorder their products regularly because I love them. I recently made multiple orders by mistake, but their customer service was fantastic. My issue was resolved quickly and the representative I dealt with was incredibly helpful and efficient. It's so refreshing to receive such great customer service. Highly recommend both the products and the company!

Great communication, delt with an issue very quickly. Great company and products
