Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Thought this might be cheaper than the most popular campsites but boy I was wrong. £45 upwards for a tent pitch for 1 night. This website is suppose to be wild camping with permission. At these prices I'll stick to wild camping for free and take my chances.

“BEARS NEST” Kingsbridge. If you want peace and quiet. Perfect. If you have children or pets. Perfect. Enjoy yourselves like we did. Harmony. Host very friendly through contact and let us change date as I booked the wrong date also supplied logs with fire pit to get us started. Secure field for your pets can also buy fresh eggs and logs just around the corner. Looking forward to returning

I registered on the site and was astonished by the extremely high prices to camp in a field. This could be a great opportunity but at £45 up to £75 a night no thank you. I’ll stick with farmers who only charge £10 and the free park ups. This business is capitalism at its best. Sadly people will pay these extreme prices but I won’t.

We love the whole idea of Wild With Consent. We love staying on our own in a picturesque location with no-one around. The dogs can be off-lead and just potter around camp. We've sampled 2 sites so far (New Gant Farm and Newton Farm) and can't wait to try more. Even with a little folding caravan sites are open to us (it's appreciated!). We've paid £40-45 per night and in our eyes it's fully worth it. We won't be staying at regular campsites any time soon!

We just completed the Northumberland 250 using Northumberland Defender Hire, who turned us on to Wild With Consent.

This site made our trip - we pre-booked four exceptional sites, truly wild, and two with views over Holy Island!

Instructions and information was clear and helpful.

Let's start with the price fixing, there is a reason most of the places charge the same. The structure is pathetic. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 dogs. We have 2 x 2 man tents with 1 adult and 1 dog per tent. Fees are usually for 2 adults to stay but we have to pay 50% more for the extra tent! This mounts up. I can understand if you were on a busy campsite where space is money but when your the only people in six acres it's a joke! Especially as there are no extra people staying! Plus £45-75 a night for a piece of grass with no facilities is steep. Robbers on the extra tent fee though.

Amazing two night stay in Elwick. Incredible views of Holy Island and the bay. 100% would recommend. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating for a last minute 2nd night reservation. Enzo our black lab would of stayed all week if he could. Can’t wait to visit again

Great stay super peaceful and relaxing. Host was really nice. Great firepit to keep you warm. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the rat race. Good access to walking routes to Holy Island and Bambough.

We have just returned from our wonderful stay in Elwick. What an incredible place to stay and we felt very lucky to have read the article about Wild With Consent in the Sunday Times. Grace was extremely efficient from our initial inquiry through to booking our stay. She answered any questions we had and was extremely helpful. The location was on a working farm and the hosts were very kind throughout our stay. We will certainly be booking again with WWC and very much look forward to seeing more sites being added to their portfolio.

Our stay at Graymare farm exceeded our already high expectations. The setting was beautiful, the view was amazing and we could not have asked for more. Our host was friendly and most welcoming, offering us advice about local beauty spots and encouraging us to pick fresh fruit from her garden. Faultless and idyllic. Thank you!

Wonderfully peaceful stay at Greymare Farm, looking out over Holy Island & Lindisfarne Castle in the distance. Although it was a busy Bank Holiday weekend, the secluded campsite was peaceful & quiet, and we had the place entirely to ourselves.
Easy to find, with lots of flat space to park the campervan, our arrival was hassle-free.
There’s a little spot under the trees, with a bench, to enjoy the glow of the firepit at night.
We took bikes, as it’s near Bike Route 1, & cycled across to Holy Island, which was around a 4-hour trip, with stops along the way.
There are plenty of lovely woodland walks straight from the farm, & it’s close to the Northumberland castles for day trips. Definitely take an Ordanance Survey map to make the most of the paths & tracks nearby.
The local deli shop (about 10 minutes drive or 30 minutes by bike) had fresh bread & a great selection of artisan foods as well as all the basics, & is open everyday.
Our host kindly left us some delicious green beans from her garden, & we also
had fresh field mushrooms, which made a fantastic breakfast, fried with butter. We will definitely be recommending Greymare Farm to friends & family!

Great concept which worked perfectly.
We found the site easily, easy to get to but private with a hedge behind us and views over the coast to the sea in front of us. It took us nearly an hour to walk to the beach, but worth it. We'll definitely want to come back, and to try other Wild with Consent sites too.

Great weekend spent at Lanton with friends. So peaceful. Away from anyone: just our small group. We found the place easily. It's all really well organised. We managed a couple of swims in deeper parts of the river. A beautiful corner of Northumberland I know a bit better now. Great idea - keep up the good work

A fabulous location overlooking Holy Island, 100m from the embankment bordering the salt marsh. Out of sight and at least half a mile from the campsite under the same ownership. The owners kindly provided a choice of 2 locations in their field (for single vehicle use, so no vehicular neighbours). There is a public footpath 100m from the furthest site in from the gate, which is visible through the gate, so the site is almost, but not fully, private. This path provides access to the RSPB hide where the path reaches the embankment, but the hide itself is hidden from view.

We were charged £50 introductory offer, which was reasonable. If £100, this would have felt excessive, particularly as so close to a public right of way.

We enjoyed our stay. The tide timings were in our favour, so we were able to spend the morning on Holy Island before reaching the site at 2:30pm, plenty of time to enjoy the birdlife on the salt marshes, and the view.

Great idea. We stopped at Scremerston. Brilliant view and all to ourselves. If you’re looking for Campervan stop to enjoy and not just sleep, this is lovely. Great walk to Cheswick beach which is beautiful.

We spent our first night in our new camper-van at Elwick with an unspoilt view of Holy Island

It was perfect

We watched the tide come in, then had an amazingly clear sky at night star gazing and even saw 6 shooting stars

In the morning - watched the sun rise, listening to the birds and saw rabbits playing in the field

Such a peaceful, relaxing experience - this is the only way to camp !

Great idea and Grace was really helpful in finding locations that suited my needs. My stay was exactly what I wanted with clear directions and guidance on what to do nearby. Would definitely use again
