Their customer service is the worst I have ever delt with. Sold me the wrong controller then Sold me a faulty controller. And wouldn’t stand behind there parts. The people in costumer service try to frustrate you so you will just give up and won’t come back.

Great bike, my boyfriend and I have found that it goes way further than 100 miles on PAS1 when we peddle. We did 40 miles on flat trail and the bike only dropped 20% battery.

I will say one thing that was super disappointing is that bike advertised good for people from 5'2 to 6'2, but I'm 5'6 so pretty middle of range and I have seat at lowest setting, and it's to tall for me. I would not buy if you are under 5'6.

Not good very bad

We love the power on the bicycle and rides very smooth. But the experience we had we only went around 9 to 10 miles with it and screen went blank while riding and it ended up battery was bad. So we ended up emailing them about it and were spending a lot of time emailing back and forth for about a week. Technician had to have a video. But we finally got a new battery in 2 weeks. And everything seems to be good so far!

I am very pleased with the bike,but the package was pretty beat up I was worried that the bike would be damaged,but only a little scratch on it , but the bike itself is GREAT !!

The bike is nice, but it only goes 25mph and the cruise control doesn't work. 😔

I brought my new bike to our annual labor day camping trip. Everyone loved it so much that jonny woodin and Casey shumway bought the exact same bike that day! 2 of our friends own bakcou bikes, and wish they would have seen yours. I use my bike to help hunt elk. My previous bike was a lectric up. It only had 750watts, and could never run on an incline hill. Yours? Holy smoke! The places it took me. I know it's still early, but so far, I'm so, so happy with your bike. Thank you!

Received kraken e bike sprocket was badley bent so much chain will not or can not even go around it. I've yet to be able to get ahold of anyone. My emails come back unsent phone goes to a full mailbox so can't leave message I have a high dollar bike I can't use.

Took 2 weeks to receive bike but easily assembled. Would be good if it came with operational manual for the computer

Fast delivery. Packaged "really well ". My first ebike that I got sixteen years ago was poorly packaged and there was much damage. That bike was also only partially assembled. It was basically a do it yourself kit. This new Wildeway bike was almost fully assembled, very minimal needed to get the bike up and running. The unpacking took the longest time. Only negative was that the owners manual was lacking needed information. Fortunately there was a utube reviewer who gave a good tutorial on how to program the controller to set up the bike and it's various functions to your needs and adhere to the laws concerning the parameters of speed and function. If you need power to climb hills this bike has it.

First off, amazing bikes for the price, but shipping times were slightly longer than stated on their website and the bikes come in some sort of safe mode. They’ll only do 4 mph so I had to email the company and waste a day waiting on answers but after that the bikes really are amazing. I went 35 miles without charging and am very happy overall

Bike finally arrived. Assembly was about as simple as it gets. Went together easily. After putting a full charge on the battery I took it for a spin. At first with just rear wheel drive I was was kinda disappointed, but then I shifted to all wheel drive and then I was impressed. I'm 230 lbs. And 6 ft tall. It pulled me like a champ. Seems to be well made and I really like the green color. The bike is tall for 26 in wheels but don't forget that the tires are an additional 4 in. I kinda wish I had bought the 24 in. Lights, horn, turn signals all worked right out of the box. It was well packed and no damage during shipment. Overall with the price I paid for it I was truly impressed. Well worth the money. Oh yeah...you will need to upgrade the seat. It's not comfortable.

Customer service is in China , which is a PITA.

Wildeway is the ONLY ebike company that I will trust. I tried to order from some other name and they failed to even get it to me..just delay after delay..But Wildeway came through and delivered me an awesome and affordable ebike that I now Love. Thank you!
