Wild Apricot Arvostelua

It’s designed by techies with all that implies I.e. it works fine but not particularly user-friendly with jargon / design to match.

I enjoy using Wild Apricot, but I would love more financial reporting capability by event.

I have found this software to be feature rich, flexible, inuitive and reliable. I enjoy using the software. It is easy to use and well documented.

I've set up two non-profits using this software based on Wild Apricots published prices. ArWild dot org & whiteriverrefuge dot org. Once set up Wild Apricot slammed us with two significant prices increases... not the usual inflationary prices increase but two prices increases that were on the order of 20-30% each.

Sadly I would like to recommend the software but can't due to the over the top "bait and switch pricing" practices exhibited.

Feeling gouged!

Works extremely well for our organization.

WA offers our social club a high quality, user-friendly platform at a reasonable price. The support services - online, email and on the phone - are excellent.

Wild Apricot may be a weird name but both the name and integrated functionality of this well designed membership application for non-profite organizations will serve you organization in a very cost effective and efficient manner. And, the developer continues to enhance and expand functionality. Kudos to Wild Apricot. Satisfied User.

Wild Apricot's web hosting services are outstanding. It has made my role with our tandem cycling club so much easier. They go above and beyond. Also great technical support. I highly recommend Wild Apricot.

The website provides useful information for reporting on finances, membership status and events and allows users to join or renew (and pay for) annual memberships, register (and pay) for events, advertise office space, job openings, articles for sale and professional services, and helps consumers find professionals on search engines.

As a marketing, financial and website person, the website let’s me do everything I need to do to manage my professional group without the need for paper records while maintaining necessary financial controls.

Good comprehensive system, though still some database delays and Android user app long overdue

Very effective for our membership bookings, updates and stats. Keep up the goodwork.

Are you running an association this is the best software available in the market. Wild Apricot is really doing a great job. I am using WA for last 5 +years.

This app is quick and easy. So easy that it has cut down the time needed to check an attendee into our conference plus we now require less volunteers.

I have used Wild Apricot software to build membership websites since 2008. It is comprehensive and provides all the features necessary to run a membership organization effectively. SamSlay.com

Any glitches that I had that were unique to my website were handled quickly and explained to me in a manner that I could easily understand.

I'm the Education Chair for an 800 member recreational camera club in a retirement community. We offer a multitude of events, classes, and trips. Wild Apricot provides an interface that allows members to sign up for classes, pay for trips, and provides communication between instructors and participants.

It is so freeing to get rid of the several, inaccurate spreadsheets.

Wild Apricot has really made it so much easier to keep track of all the day-to-day details of museum membership. I like being able to run reports on any number of criteria.

I find it a flexible platform with which to work. I'm a novice a web design and use this for our club website. After being trained in it, I am comfortable going in to the Admin view and doing what I need to do. I also have a more experienced person in our club to help me. I've also found the help resources very useful.
