Somehow I was directed to this website as an official ticketing agent for the Sisi Museum. I purchased 5 tickets and 5 audio guides. They never say they are a private business not affiliated with the museum. I paid 165Euros for tickets that were 96Euros direct from the museum. The audio guide was 50 Euros when they are free at the museum. And they have no shame regarding their fees for providing the service. Make sure you book direct and stay away from these scammers.

A terrible experience. They sell tickets at a much higher price than the official channels. I ended up paying 120 euros more than the actual face value! On top of that, they add ridiculous hidden fees right at the end of the checkout. Do yourself a favor, avoid this reseller completely, and buy directly from the official Viennese websites

This is a scam, pretending they are official website while they are not, charging extra amount for massive "service fees" you are not aware of.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I would give it a negative score if it were possible on this site. DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS SITE. They were offering a combination ticket, but I never received the tickets. In short-- IT'S A SCAM. DO NOT BUY!

Avoid! This company uses misleading tactics which makes users think they are purchasing tickets from official sites but charges inflated fees. I was charged €112 for 2 tickets to the Schönbrunn palace for which the face value was €78. When I questioned this I was told the extra charges were service fees. I lodged a complaint with the Austrian internet ombudsman (google the ombudsstelle) which quickly resulted in a full refund ‘as a gesture of goodwill’.

This is a scam, plain and simple. If you are lucky to read this before you press "buy", just stop everything.

Sacamos por error 2 veces entradas para el Sisi Museum. Contactamos para avisar y solivitar devolución o utilizar ese importe para otra atracción disponible en su plataforma. Respondieron 1 semana más tarde cuando ya habiamos hecho el viaje, alegando que en su politica de cancelación no se hacen devoluciones. No es que no vengamos porque se ha cancelado el vuelo, porque estemos malos, porque hemos cambiado de opinión....no, hemos pagado 2 veces por las mismas entradas. Nada.

Atención al cliente nefasta. ¿Atención? ¡¿Qué atención?!
No recomendamos comprar tiquets a través de su portal web. Cobran doble y se limpian las manos.

Avoid this site. Audioguides at 9euro only with an app (not specified in the site) each one but it is a general guide of the city. You cannot ask for a refund, they don't. Use the officinal site, otherwise you pay stupid extra charges (for example, for Belvedere, children don't pay but they charge about 15 euro for each ticket).

Esperienza pessima. Ho pagato il doppio del valore del biglietto. Evitate i loro servizi perchè non valgono quanto pagate. Non scrivo in maniera chiara il costo della commissione che quasi pari al costo del biglietto. Cercate sempre il sito ufficiale e loro non lo sono

Tickets are Euro 38,- but they charge Euro 15,- extra for service fee. You have to click on "read more" to see the extra fee price. A bit misleading. for not showing it directly.
Best is to order direct at Schoenbrunn Palace website.

SCAMMED! I googled Sisi Museum tickets and the top listing for tickets was Wientickets.org.

I purchased thinking that it was a legitimate source but then realised that the tickets are 20 euro face value. I instantly asked for a refund and didn’t receive a response from the seller.

I did receive an email then from the imperial museum for €20. I was charged nearly double by this cowboy third party website for absolutely zero service provided. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy a museum ticket from this merchant. They highly overcharge you.

This is a scam!! Do not buy!!!! They increase the prices in your credit card bill double what you “paid”. I don’t even know if the tickets are legit so buying from the authorized site. This site is impersonating the real site. DO NOT BUY

No es sitio oficial pero aparece como tal. Cargan unos gastos de gestion desorbitados, 13.90 eur para una entrada de 20 euros. No indican el desglose del precio total de la entrada en la pantalla, tan solo existe , ya en letra mucho más reducida, una casilla que se debe aceptar para continuar comprando, donde se aceptan las condiciones de compra. Y justo debajo la siguiente frase sin terminar, con puntos suspensivos : "los gastos de reserva ya están incluidos en el precio total... Leer más". Y hay que entrar ahi para ver que los gastos son 13.90 eur.
Les he solicitado factura con desglose y no me han hecho caso.
He podido comprobar que se trata de una empresa ubicada en Barcelona y voy a hacerles una reclamación a través de la OCU por tasa de servicio abusiva, e información engañosa y oculta.
Efectivamente, puse una reclamación contra esta empresa a través de la OCU y el 15 mayo he recibido la devolución de 41,70 eur correspondiente a los "gastos de gestión" por la compra de 3 entradas. La actuación de la empresa que está detrás de esta web es denunciable y todas las personas que han sido engañadas por ellos deberian hacer valer sus derechos.

They present themselves as an official Vienna website, but are just a third party selling highly overpriced tickets for attractions. € 33,90 for the Sisi Museum which normally costs € 20,-. I thought then it must include another museum too — not the case. They call it “a service fee” for which you pay € 13,90. Safe yourselves a breakfast and don’t buy here.

This site is not the official Hofburg Palace ticket seller. Prices were much higher than the official website. For tickets, only to book directly through the official site.

Prix de 4 billets pour le musée de Sissi 80 euros sur le site officiel facturé 135.60 eur soit 55.60 eur de plus. Quelle belle arnaque. Site à EVITER à tout prix.

Extortionate Pricing: I was charged €53.00 for a ticket that officially costs €38.00.

Concealing Discounts: As a student, I am entitled to the €31.50 rate, but this site deliberately provided NO option for student/resident discounts to maximize their profit.

Deceptive Design: The site is designed to look like the official government-run website to trick tourists.

Always use the official site to purchase a ticket please.
