It was the beat steak I have ever ate. For sure will be buying more!!!

The Wagyu burgers were the best I have ever had. They were large burgers so I thawed them and made two patties out of one. We topped with our favorite cheese and grilled onions. I highly recommend and am anxious to try the other products I ordered.

Wiens Wagyu did a excellent job in notifying me when the meats came in stock, confirming the order, and shipping in a timely manner. The Wagyu meats came perfectly frozen in Dry ice and were packed with a Hand Written note!

I’ve purchased American wagyu from several places on line. I can honestly say that My experience with Wiens and the quality of their beef has been the best I’ve tried....and the least expensive of the places of tried. I will definitely buy from them again! And the fact that it’s a true farm to table 4th generation family farm is nice as well.

Service and shipping was great. We have not tried the latest delivery but I will tell you that during the winter when we could not find the Weins hamburger for smash burgers we tried regular hamburger. There is no comparison. Weins makes a superior smash burger.

Appearance and size were satisfactory but the angle of the cut, tendon and silverskin were not worthy of $60 a pound. I have had better textures NY Strips that were well marble choice or prime at regular prices. I enjoyed the flavor and the meaty flavor but was disappointed that the cut were very long in grain as if they were cut on a long angle to make size. It was almost like cutting with the grain of the steak instead of cross grain. It would be difficult for me to invest or recommend based upon this experience. I did enjoy the flavor but not enough to fulfill my hopes and expectation.
