1 star – A Case Study in How NOT to Treat Customers

My experience with WICK Monsters has been shockingly poor. A hoodie costing over £80 developed dye bleed through the stitching and a failed eyelet after minimal wear and without ever being washed. Instead of acknowledging the obvious manufacturing fault, the company repeatedly hid behind their own policy and completely ignored the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Despite weeks of polite explanations, they refused a repair or replacement, offered only 20% off a future purchase, and claimed they were “confident” in their position—even though my bank later confirmed the item was indeed faulty and refunded me accordingly.

Instead of learning from the situation, WICK Monsters responded with a hostile message accusing me of “abusive behaviour” and permanently banned me from ever ordering again.

The clothing may look good, but the customer service is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely not recommended.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, Robert, but we must clarify several important points for transparency.

Your order was placed and delivered in early January, and your claim was raised significantly outside of our return and defect reporting window, which is clearly stated in our policy and applies equally to all customers.

Based on the information and images provided, the issue reported was consistent with improper garment care rather than a manufacturing defect. Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, our team still offered you a discount on a future purchase.

Rather than continuing the resolution process with our support team, you chose to initiate a chargeback through your bank while the case was still being handled. This action bypasses standard support procedures and leaves us with no option but to close the case in line with our policies.

It is also important to note that restrictions on future purchases are only applied in cases where our policies and resolution processes are not respected. Unfortunately, this situation met that criteria.

We understand that this outcome may not have been what you expected, but our decisions are based on maintaining fair and consistent treatment for all customers, not on individual preference.

At WICK Monsters, we stand behind the quality of our products and the clarity of our policies, which are applied consistently to ensure fairness across our community.

Comfortable new look

Very impressive products. The fabrics feel great and the designs are original but not too over the top to have to think about the product alot before buying, which I've had happen with other original design apparel.

I honestly don't want to leave a bad…

I honestly don't want to leave a bad review at all but there was time when I accidentally bought the wrong sized hoodie and had to ship it back for a exchange. I kept in contact with Danny via website online chat asking him how to proceed on return for a exchange and he sent me link to fill out the return/exchange form which I did and told me it was my responsible to pay for shipping from Canada to USA which cost me over 34 CAD. I type in correct address from return/exchange form instructions, pay for the shipping and drop it off at the post office. Danny promised to keep in track of the tracking info and after that, no update at all. I send him email around 01/07/2026 because online chat via website had expired. I wait for a day and Danny or whoever from Wick Monster reaches out back asking me which address I used to ship it back when Danny told me he'd make sure to keep track of the tracking info and nothing after that.

It was my very first premium hoodie and of course it was my mistake of ordering wrong size but shipping it back to their address was tricky because I felt like it ended up going to the wrong place and never got an update from Wick Monsters until I sent them email. Ghosts me again and I ended up reaching out to my bank to try to get the money back but Wick Monsters ended up refunding me. Reaching out to them was easy at first via website but lack of update definitely put me off

They are definitely nice people, I'm sure but lack of update and I just couldn't risk dropping 140+CAD into a single hoodie.

I wish them the best but I don't think I'll take that same risk again.

Tolle einzigartige Designs

Lieferung erfolgte schnell und zollfrei da die Ware aus Spanien verschickt worden ist.
Die Qualität der T-Shirts / Hoodies ist phänomenal. Sehr dicker Stoff, beste Baumwolle.
Die Farben und das Design sind auffällig und definitiv ein "eyecatcher"!
