Whyte bikes Arvostelua 

Great bike, purchased new (was in box with 0km). When trying to register for lifetime frame warranty was denied any warranty saying that i got it not from one of their official dealers (🤷‍♂️). Love the bike so far and hopefully it won't fall apart as whyte is only interested in selling you the bike and not maintaining it.

I bought a Whyte bike and despite that I had only ridden about 10 miles on it the lights stop working, so went back to Whyte’s own service department, they decided the battery needed replacing along with fixing the lights. Unfortunately the bike was delivered back with the back wheel and derailer completely destroyed, really really disappointed with Whyte they were pants throughout especially when they stopped replaying to my messages. It too Sean the mechanic at Wimbledon to stepped in to get it fixed, he kept calling and messaging them and got the bike fixed for me, it took 3 months but that was Whyte and their woeful idea of customer service and warranty.
Thanks Sean, and Whyte never again.

Contacted them with an issue with my e-bike never got any reply from Whyte themselves. Like buying British but as usual customer service is what lets the ownership experience down.

I had a fault in the rear hub of my E-MTB, it had been repaired incorrectly by the original retailer.
Ed at Whyte was great, only thing I had to do was pack the rear wheel for collection by FedEx. Wheel was back good as new within a week.
Very pleased, Ed was very understanding of the issue and got it repaired and back to me very efficiently.

Recently bought a whytes bike and are extremely disappointed by my purchase as only had it 4 weeks and the front forks have produced some form of fault , thent to be told it will take up to 8 weeks before I get it back rubbish

I own two whyte electric bikes and both are fantastic. But my newest E160 is simply perfection with amazing handling. brakes and the electric gear change is to die for. Keep it up Whyte.

I’ve had two Whyte's, one a low cost hardtail, the other a full suspension. Both have been a pleasure to ride, solidly specced, well assembled and durable products, designed for the uk market. My FS is over 6 years old and runs as new. The availability of replacement parts, paint, lifetime bearing warranty etc is also a big plus in terms of sustainability. Pricing of new bikes is competitive, especially given the specs and quality of product and assembly.

Amazing Service from Lyndon.

One of the Battery Pads on my E180S decided it no longer wanted to be attached to the Battery. I sent an email in requesting some replacements and Lyndon sorted them with zero fuss. No questions asked just a yes no problem they're in the post. They arrived super quickly and ready for my Weekend Ride. Awesome Service!
