Lost all of my order except for a…

Lost all of my order except for a piñata. I called customer service to see why my package had not been delivered yet and was told they did not know and the only option I had was a refund or for them to send a replacement after my Grandsons birthday party. This is the first time I have ordered here and it will be the last.

Pleased with their products especially…

Pleased with their products especially the paper goods - good quality and colors vivid. However, paper plates are flimsy - tho I bought them for decor purposes and not to serve on them. Will order from them again!

Out Of Stock?

I ordered seven items, but only received six items, one was missing. The packing slip showed the six items, yet I was still being charged the full amount of my original order. I had to call the company, only to find out that one of the items was out of stock. Why wasn’t this listed on the packing slip and indicated as ‘out of stock’? Also, I had to ask Customer Service to adjust the amount I was being charged and to refund the amount for the missing item. Had I not followed up, my charge card would have been charged the full amount of the original order. I ended up going to Party City for the item that was missing.

Item order not in stock…

I ordered three items and only received two. When I called I was told they would be shipping the missing item and I would receive it in a few days. Well I never received it and they ended up having to cancel. I’m frustrated because I ordered through this company because it had the best price BUT the product wasn’t even in stock. Now since I waited so long for this specific item I won’t have it in time for my daughters birthday. Unfortunate. However, customer service was great.
