The plates and napkins were beautiful. The bottled were much smaller than picture but we will use them in a different way.

I order a sonic the hedgehog pinata. Received an email saying it was shipped and was even charged for it but I've never received it. I wanted a week to see if it was coming later, but nothing. I've tried to call you 3 times and the call rings once and then is disconnected. I'm extremely disappointed and would like a refund.

You guys do not answer your phone or email I been calling for a lost order for over a week

I ordered 7 packages of napkins but only received 5. I had received a 3 cent refund a day or 2 prior to the shipment with no explanation but it was only 3 cents so I didn't follow up. I received the shipment to discover I was shorted 2 packages of napkins I tried to call customer service but the call kept getting cut off prior to even ringing. Then I emailed & was told a follow up would come in 24 hours. It's been over 24 hours and no follow up at all

This was my fist time buying from this company so I was a little uncertain but still have it a shot. My order came in pretty quickly which was awesome! The only complaint I really have is that the plastic treat containers were scratched up and looked used or old. They’re still usable though. I would definitely purchase again from this company

I had two items not delivered bi emailed two times as of this moment. I have not heard from anyone. I am beginning to believe that this was not a good company to do business with. Am I correct?

Better prices than other big name brand stores for what I was looking for, arrived fast too.

The positive aspects of my shopping experience were the great prices, fast shipping, and the really great selection of products I was looking for. The one downside was a mixup in the order and I received an incorrect item. It was an inexpensive item so I didn't bother to return it. I would definitely recommend this online party supply store and will buy from them again.

Process of ordering and getting the product was easy.

Only received part of my order and I’ve been trying to call them since I received my order and every time I call it says call failed. I emailed several times and no response. I want a refund I am going to request one through my credit card company, be careful with these people, seems like they just want the money and could care less if you receive your full order or not. DISSATISFIED TO SAY THE LEAST. Ordered 3 weeks ahead of party and still not going to get my items in time. You should just close the website if you’re not going to give what we pay for and if you’re not offering customer service to help with mistakes YOUR workers made.

Been trying to get a refund on stuff that was sent back because of the wrong address. No email or call back or anything! Total ripoff

Everything arrived on time and was great quality.

Received my order 4 days ago with missing items. I was charged for them but did not receive them. I have since then been trying to contact someone with no luck. I've been trying to get thru phone lines for 3 days now not sure if there's an issue and have sent 2 emails as well with no response. Meanwhile I don't have the 2 items I paid for for my sons birthday party in 1 week.
