Suma Arvostelua 4

I ordered sandalwood soap bars from Suma. An incorrect order arrived (correct box, incorrect contents). They sent me pure glycerine soap. I sent a picture of the product via email as requested and after a week I was told the order was correct. I again explained that is was not and after two more weeks I have yet to receive the correct item or a refund (only another email to say they will look into it). I will never ever order from this company again. I spoke to a distributor of Suma products who told me they often get their order incorrect, but it is easy for them because they are able to refuse delivery. Sadly I could not. Worst experience I have ever had... and this is supposed to be an ethical company.

I've made several orders with Suma and had great experiences. The items are well packaged so they arrive undamaged. I particularly like the Eco Dishwasher Tablets and their lychee kombucha.

Brilliant company, love their products, love knowing that I’m supporting a whole cooperative economy. Great values & ethics.

Claims to care about animal welfare, yet refuses to drop Delamere Dairy as a supplier, despite clear evidence on camera of multiple abuses, severe lameness and the killing of kid goats.
