I ordered Waterless Carpet Foam Stain Remover and fell for the "deal", buying 3 for the price of 2. The microfiber cloth is nice, but the foam is worthless. It doesn't foam well. Even when you can get...

Well this is an international business
Well this is an international business. Might explain some of the red flags where I am in the United States. It should say that somewhere on the site. Customer service has reached out and I do appreciate that. While I'm still waiting on my order at least I know why it's taking time. Will update when order arrives. Still this is a fairly new website. Not even a year yet. I can say maybe start with small items and see how it goes.
