Avoid the clinic in Dublin 7!!!
I got this so called whitening procedure done twice !!in feb 2026,i had 2 visits & ZERO results!they never gave me a receipt for my Cash payment,Now they are ignoring me as ive asked for a refund ,for a procedure that clearly did not work on the 2 occasions..please dont waste your hard earned money,

Honestly don't see a huge difference. I did 50 mins in the end but my teeth look exactly the same. I also noticed that the person doing my whitening didn't show me any idea of what I could expect to achieve so I've no way to know if my teeth just can't be whitened or whether it just didn't work for me. Either way, it was a total waste of money for me. She spent longer trying to sell me trays after the appointment than she spent explaining anything to me or asking me what level of whitening I could expect or wanted.

I went to the Limerick clinic last week. Lisa looked after me and she was very professional and very knowledgeable . I could not believe the results. I will return

Lisa at the Limerick city center clinic was very professional and well informed. She walked me through the whole process, right down to aftercare. Highly recommend this teeth whitening service!

Swati was just fab she put my mind at rest. She went beyond whitening my yellow teeth she took plac off my teeth this had just seemed impossible to be removred. Im definitely returning again

Merrion clinic. Booked online for a Saturday early morning app. No confirmation text or email. As dublin traffic can be slow i like to make sure it's all booked in before the time booked. Got no call backs about the appointment after two calls to try confirm. After waiting and waiting. Finally a call but too late for me to make the time. Refused to go and went to another company. Poor service .

I’ve just came back from getting my Lazer teeth whitening in white smile clinic mount merrion , I’m absolutely delighted with the results , my teeth have never looked so white and so good , I can’t stop looking at them , from the moment I arrived I was treated so well and made feel very comfortable, the dentist is so amazing at what she does , she gave me great advice for now and for the future regarding my teeth , I highly recommend this clinic , thank you so much 😊

Unfortunately I do not know my dentist name but he is from The Czech Republic and practises in Mount Merrion. I was serious considering Turkey teeth but thank God found White Smile Dental. I had minot imperfections and my teeth are BRAND NEW at a fraction of the cost. I'm thrilled with the results that took a few visits but SO worth it. Highly recommend

I've just had my teeth whitening at white smile in cabra and I'm amazed at my results the lady was so friendly and my results are amazing the best €99 I've spent would highly recommend

I love the way the toothpaste works and tastes but unfortunately it’s gotten to expensive,, will have to stop using the price of it and delivery charges way to much for toothpaste ty

FAKE FAKE FAKE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not send you the product and if they do, DO NOT TRUST.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. They don't have a customer service either so good luck contacting them. I am still waiting for my refund.

They don’t listen to feedback. Their support isn’t helpful. My product failed the first week and they haven’t provided a prepaid return label for me to send it back. They won’t refund my money.

I just wanted a refund. I didn’t even want the product anymore after 4 months of waiting for it. They refused and ignored my messages and instead sent a used product in a bent and dirty box

My experience with WhiteSmile is the worst I've ever had with a vendor on the internet. I never received the product. When I made a claim, I was treated with rudeness and antipathy and was accused of lying. I lost $150 because WhiteSmile did not care to claim the shipping company.

I bought a Teeth Whitening Kit. The tracking information said the package was delivered, but I never received it.

I asked WhiteSmile to send me a signed receipt as conclusive proof of the delivery of the package, and they answered me the following:
"We do not require a signature when delivering our products. You received free shipping, which drops the parcel to your address without a signature as most people are not available to sign for packages. Your package was shipped and delivered to the address you provided. There is nothing more we can do at this point."

I lost $150 and felt betrayed and insulted.
I would NEVER recommend anyone WhiteSmile.

First they responded to me email and order 2 months later..sad it went to spam folder. Recvd product and it was dried up, cldnt be used. After they responded to my email they said they’d send me extra pack of pens. Never recvd. Sent 8 emails 5 months later no response. Posted complaints with BBB.

I can recommend Whitesmile gel i can honestly say that it removed stains from my teeth yhey aren't white buy stains have definitely gone..well done whitesmile

I am very happy with this product. All of the items I received were high quality and easy to use. I would have liked to receive more instruction on how to use this product in a booklet though. (Charging times on the mouth piece. When to use the pens and how to use the pens). I have very difficult darkening due to age rather than coffee or other staining. I have been using this product for 2 weeks and have seen some improvement. I have seen some increase in tooth sensitivity and am using Sensodyne tooth paste as per my dentist suggestion. Thank you for your wonderful product. The only improvement I could see to the product would be the opportunity to buy a smaller mouth piece as I have a very small mouth and this one is very loose I have to press it to my front teeth for the treatment period.

This product does not work at all was very unhappy with results!

I love this device so easy to use and the magnetic charge is awesome too

Simply didn't work & falsely advertised. Reported it up Facebook & IG along with Google.
