First time user. My wife bought a birthday gift. Straight forward no nonsense transaction. Delivered exactly as promised. Having used a few online retailers, WBA are by far the best for choice and price. Will definitely be back.

Packaging Perfection – Thoughtful, Clever, and Truly Professional

The parcel containing the 12 bottles I ordered arrived in two immaculate boxes, packed incredibly cleverly. All I had to do was cut the seal, and inside were three moulded layers that were easy to lift out, allowing access to each bottle without any hassle. I’ve never seen such a professional and thoughtful approach to packaging.

There was also a personalised card that read, “Your item was carefully packed by:” and it was signed “Paul =D”. Well, Paul—thank you very much. I’ll definitely be shopping with you again soon.

Whisky Brokers Associates exceeded all my expectations outstanding customer service, very competitive pricing and my order carefully packaged and delivered promptly.
They will be my go to company for future Whisky purchases.

Just brilliant, repeat customer!

Just brilliant!

Came across WBA last year while searching for a specialist bottle and needed it last minute for a gift.

Phone answered out of hours, deal & collection agreed just on word no deposits (the old school way).

Following on, I have since ordered several bottles from WBA and have a direct number for Tom, who replies promptly. In addition we have other bottles pipelined.

Just can’t fault the team, always accommodating and great communication.

Thanks and I look forward to future purchases.
