They ask for all your details and offer…

They ask for all your details and offer a discount that will automatically be deducted from the final bill. That didn’t happen.

There was a decent charge for 48 hour delivery which should have been the Thursday the parcel arrived on the Saturday.

AFTER their reply. (was 3 stars)
I thought we had this sorted out but now 2 stars for the lack of honesty.

The 1st email said they had delivered it but it was Royal Mail collecting it, Thursday was scheduled and they did NOT attempt or even claim to have tried, carbon copy for Friday. It did arrive on Saturday.

Not impressed with the comment they posted.

Thanks for your email. We can see Royal Mail tried to deliver to you on Thursday and Friday but no one was in, they then delivered on Saturday. We went back to you on the discount code and will happily offer a future discount and free gift.

Excellent Company delivers Excellent Whisky

Easy to order, very prompt delivery, safely packed to ensure the contents arrive in A1 condition - and a nice thank-you card and a free tasting glass to boot. Oh, and the whisky’s delicious!

This is how a business should be run

This is how a business should be run, great selection, super quick delivery and amazing customer service.
There was a potential issue with my order (on my part not theirs) and I got a very friendly call to check in and make sure it was correct. I honestly can’t fault them

Quality of glass mark

Hi, the service I received from Whisky Brokers was absolutely💯.The package ordered, was received on time and nicely packed.
INDRI is a beautiful whiskey which I can't comment on. However, I was expecting the glasses to be a bit more refined. I was not expecting the glasses to be written by paint pen. I shared this concern with Whisky Brokers and they did chase it with Indri. The box itself is nicely packed but the quality of glass branding could have been better.

Fantastic company!

what a company!! Great product range, and fantastic service from Tom and Laura! The product I bought was top quality and came next day, exactly in the expected one hour time slot! I highly recommend this company!
