Great customer service, very quick to answer on WhatsApp. I’m not sure about the other reviewer if they are just inpatient but I haven’t had a problem sending money to family from US/CA. It’s easier and faster and cheaper than any other option.

Worst customer service in the world. Whish Hazmieh has someone called Danielle working there and she was extremely rude and unwelcomig. There was another guy called Mark who also was very unprofessional and unhelpful. They give a very bad image of Whish as a company. The manager or owner needs to figure out a way to educate his employees on how to act with its PAYING customers. We don’t need you, you need us. Fix your attitude and learn how to correctly interact with others.

I had an issue with my account verification, and the team was very helpful, responsive, and fixed everything in a timely manner. Spoke with a few agents, but
Hassan personally followed up the next day to ensure all was resolved.

3rd Update: I met with the CEO and the Marketing Director in person at their Spears campus in Beirut. I got to tour the campus and meet with several members of the team. I believe my initial impression, although valid, should now reflect what I saw and heard with my own eyes and ears. These folks are hard working people and they are on a mission to make the lives of the Lebanese better. I was assured that my experience with post sales support will never occur again and that their training manuals have been updated. I am happy to promote WHISH MONEY SAL for anyone in the diaspora trying to send money to family and friends living in Lebanon. 2nd Update: The CEO and the Marketing Director of WHISH MONEY SAL called me directly from Lebanon. They discussed my experience at length. They were transparent in explaining what went wrong and detailed the steps they are going to take so that my experience is not repeated with other customers. This gesture convinces me that they do indeed care about their customers and are willing to improve. For this reason, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5. I believe they are sincere and deserve a second chance.

Initial review: I am writing this review to warn others about the highly unprofessional customer service provided by WHISH MONEY SAL post sales support. As a digital wallet user, I expect prompt, transparent communication regarding my ability to fund my account and send money. Instead, I was faced with nothing but delays and generic responses. My specific issues include, 1 - Lack of Help: I contacted customer support regarding an inability to add money to my wallet using my Capital One Discover debit card. Capital One acquired Discover in 2025 and converted all Capital One bank debit card holders from MasterCard to the Discover network. Support repeatedly insisted that WHISH MONEY SAL accepts the card and claimed that my bank was declining the transaction. 2 - Poor Treatment: The customer service representatives I dealt with were dismissive and refused to provide a clear explanation or a definitive timeline for a resolution. Even after I provided my browser’s transaction logs—which definitively proved their third-party payment processor wasn't even attempting to contact my bank for authorization—support refused to act. They declined to forward the logs to the appropriate technical team for analysis, blindly blamed my bank, and dismissed my complaint. 3 - No Escalation Path: My requests to escalate this issue to a manager were repeatedly ignored, leaving my ability to fund the wallet completely stuck. I persisted until someone finally called me—only to inform me, a staggering 21 days after my initial contact, that WHISH MONEY SAL does not actually accept My my Capital One issued Discover debit card, despite post sales support insisting that they did. The representative offered no apology for her staff’s incompetence, did not offer to train them on which cards they do actually accept, and left me hanging. A digital wallet relies entirely on trust. By treating customers with this level of disregard, WHISH MONEY SAL has proven they do not take their customer's experience seriously. I strongly advise others to look for an alternative wallet provider that values consumer rights and transparent communication. I can only hope the CEO of WHISH MONEY SAL sees this review and acts on it for the sake of his company’s reputation.

I've got a transfer amount from ksa saying that the amount I should got is... with all charges included but I got the payment less 37$ where and how this amount vanished no body knows the customer service are sending me msgs to contact transfast who I know nothing about😝I'm dealing with your service so you are the one responsible here..

I’ve been using Whish Money for a while now, but my recent experience with their customer support has left me seriously reconsidering that choice.
First, the waiting times are simply unacceptable. I reached out with an urgent issue and had to wait hours before receiving no response — no acknowledgment, nothing,
After receiving the response , the waiting time between one message and another is ridiculous . For a financial app where time-sensitive matters are the norm, this level of responsiveness is frankly alarming.

Whish Money may work fine on a technical level, but customer service is part of the product. If you can’t treat clients with basic professionalism and respond in a timely manner, trust erodes quickly. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and invests in both their response times and the quality of their written communication.

Terrible experience with WHISH Money. My transactions are withheld for no reason, and the company provides no proper explanation or timeline for resolution. Their customer service is extremely slow to respond, often not replying at all or only after many hours.
Even more concerning, they asked me to send photos of my credit cards through unsecured channels, which is a clear breach of security and completely unacceptable for a financial service. This raises serious concerns about how client information and money are handled.
The fact that the company operates from Lebanon adds further doubts about regulatory oversight and transparency, raising legitimate questions about how funds are being managed. It even creates the impression that they may be speculating with clients’ money by holding transactions without justification.
Overall, the lack of transparency, professionalism, and secure communication makes WHISH Money an untrustworthy platform. I strongly recommend avoiding this service and choosing a more reliable, regulated, and transparent provider instead.

They claim it takes 7 business days to clear a USD-to-USD transfer via auto-clearing banks. That’s hard to believe in this day and age. If this were an international or currency exchange transaction, maybe—but for USD being sent and received in USD through the same clearing system? It should take no more than 1 to 3 business days, max.

Blaming the delay on banks is misleading. In a world of instant transfers, online banking, and so-called “modern” fintech apps, this delay is unacceptable. Services like MoneyGram and Western Union can move money instantly. So why is this app lagging behind?

The answer is simple: they’re likely using your money to their own advantage during that wait time.

And they charge a 3% fee just for using your debit card.

They market themselves as a forward-thinking alternative—but with outdated processing times and high fees, they’re far from it. It’s hard to imagine why anyone would willingly use this service. I will not, first and the last time.. That if my money shows up on my account after 7 days,

Bad customer service and unable to contact any one to solve issues
I did made 4 transfers from my checking account to my wish account the 3 small accounts went through but $400 didn’t credited to my wish account and the been withdrawn from my checking account it’s been 7 working days

They have the worst customer service. They block transactions, requiring you to call them, but they never answer the phone or respond to messages, leaving you stuck. Avoid dealing with them at all costs!!!
