Great service and products.

The 2 perfumes arrived quickly and are very good quality. Also I made a mistake and added an extra product to the cart, and over the phone I was quickly able to get it removed from my order and refunded off the amount.

Communication and shipping

Whiffy advertises itself (see on their website) as having fast delivery and available for queries most hours of the day on their live chat. I did not experience either of these things. My order was ‘misdirected.’ Whiffy was difficult to get in contact with. My email was ignored when I kindly asked how my order was misdirected out of curiosity. My order took a week and a 1/2 to arrive in Christchurch. The order was packed well and arrived in great condition. The perfume itself is lovely. If you are wanting to purchase a gift from this vendor, I recommend purchasing well in advance.

Thank you for being so efficient and reliable, i placed an order through my afterpay me not realising it paid and i didnt put any details(address) in, when i emailed to get confirmation of the details they had of miney they were prompt to reply and i had an answer within a hr or so will defs be purchasing again in the future

I love buying my perfumes from Whiify! Quick delivery than expected. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for Dubai aromas that is 100% authentic. Good price as well.
