Very swift delivery . Only issue, if at all, when looking specifically for a women’s fragrance, the category ends up, most of the time under men’s fragrance . A little annoying but, overall positive. Lovely perfumes, beautiful bottles .

I was a bit disappointed with 2 of the items i have ordered. I feel like they are old stocks the bottles were ruined like they were soaked with the liquid from the perfume bottle. The label and covering of the bottle was peeling specially the nyla. I am not sure if it is the real smell of the perfume but im not going to use it, it smells rotten, box stinks too.
The costumer service was very helpful though and i am happy that the other item- the perfume oil was replaced straight away, I opened the nyla box later so i did not bother to contact them again.
This is my 2nd time ordering from the site nnand i was expecting a good service like the 1st time i ordered. I was very impressed with my 1st order before because the items look new and well packed unlike this time.
Hoping for a better service in the near future.

This was my first time ordering from this site, and it definitely won’t be the last. Processing and shipping took a few days, which was totally fine, and once it was on the move it arrived quickly. Everything was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition.

How many fragnces that yous have. The company is doing well with the quality of the packaging and the quality of the fragrance they are not fake.

The one thing which made me happy was fast shipping and a free sample of Lattafa Al Areeq, which I really liked and looks forward to buy as soon we have full bottle in the stock, {though hate you guys for doing that, made me like a perfume by sending a free sample but its full version is not available yet, 😅😅😅}. One more thing I'd like to suggest is, keep restocking your perfumes which are out of stock as there are some I want to buy, for instance Fahad gaze. Its been out if stock for so long now. Rest everything is going smoothly and keep doing the good work.
