It looks like my order has been stolen, and Westwing doesn’t seem concerned about it.
On 23 August 2025 I placed an order. On 1 September I received a notification that it would soon be delivered, followed later by another notification from the courier service stating that the order had been delivered, although in reality it had not!
I asked Westwing Customer Support to investigate. In response I was sent a screenshot with the courier’s signature as supposed proof that I had received the order. But I hadn’t! It looks very much as though my order was just stolen!
I contacted Westwing on 2 September, and as of now it’s been more than two weeks with no resolution and no progress. So be prepared that your order may simply never reach you, and support will respond with templated, half AI-generated replies.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience, and please accept our apologies for the delayed response. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive incorrect delivery notifications and to feel that your order may have been lost. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
We take cases like this very seriously and are reviewing what went wrong with the courier and our communication. Anyway we received the confirmation from our Customer Service department that this issue was already solved with you in private.

Received an email from westwing saying that I could follow my order using the app, so I downloaded it.
There’s no menu or option to follow order and it says delivered. Which obviously HAS NOT!

We’re truly sorry for the confusion regarding your order tracking. We've looked into your order and noticed that it left our warehouse on March 25th, which means that on the date of your review (March 24h), it hadn’t even been shipped yet so, the status “Delivered”, shouldn’t have been showing at that point. You should have been able to see in the APP the expected delivery times to be between the 31st of March and the 8th of April.
We would really like to understand where exactly you saw this “Delivered” message, so we can investigate further and make sure this doesn’t happen again. Could you let us know if it appeared in the app or somewhere else?
Also, just a quick reminder: if you ever have, concerns questions or doubts about your delivery, our Customer Care team is always happy to help. You can reach out to us directly via email, phone call or WhatsApp message and we’ll gladly look into it.
According to our records, your order was successfully delivered on April 1st. We hope everything arrived in perfect condition, but if there’s anything we can do, please let us know.
