TERRIBLE QUALITY! Nothing like the picture! The picture looks like a sweater but the actually material is cheap polyester. Way overpriced! I wouldn’t pay $5 for this shirt.

My MIL recieved her order from this company back in November. What arrived was a shoddy, cheap shocking garment , nothing like the picture. She asked for a full refund, but was denied. This company then asked for photographs which were duly sent. She spent over £50. They will not refund her money but offered her a £5 (10%) voucher. How's that for customer service. Never again. Dont be fooled.

Had difficulty with payment. Had to start again and foolishly thought what I had ordered sizewise would stand. No! They sent a SMALL size when I thought I had ordered 5X. No use to me, so requested refund. Not got anything yet although they have offered a 20% discount. They want goods returned to China at MY expense, even though I emailed them within 5 minutes of placing order advising them of the mistake which they said they would rectify, even though they didn’t.

I ordered a Christmas hoodie on 13th November. I ordered medium which is normally plenty big enough for me. When it arrived I was disappointed with the quality and the size, way too small to be considered medium. I contacted them by email and told them of the issues. They replied asking for photos, I don't know why as I wasn't complaining about damage.
I sent photos and received another reply saying that it takes a long time to process. I gave them over a week and emailed again yesterday. Today I was told that returns were expensive due to the item coming from China and that I was responsible for the payment. I was offered a 10% discount voucher if I would keep the item. As I will never shop with this company again I have refused and am now in the process of contacting my credit card provider.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I love the styles of clothing, really lovely. I would have given 5/5 had it not been for the price of postage. I can't wait to feel the quality of the items I've ordered today.

The search function doesn’t work . I picked Dogs many times and didn’t get dogs. Saw a dog i liked and never did find it again. I got cats, horses, rabbits.

Your merchandise looks great. Unfortunately, I didn't see that my purchase was complete and ordered the sweater again. Is it possible to cancel order #WTP00048311? I still want my first order shipped. Thanks for your help in this matter.

The jumper received, which I had to chase several times, was very disappointing when it arrived. In the ad it looked like fluffy wool with the character animals standing out away from the material. It actually turned out to be more like a sweatshirt - no wool involved - with just an animal print. Very poor quality too.

Photo when uploaded would not stay. Kept getting message to reload-try again.

Pictures on the website showed fluffier, plush sweater with design raised off sweater. I received a cheap material sweater with a transfer printed on the sweater. Not near the quality I paid for! VERY disappointed!

The product is well advertised, excellent pictures I hope purchase arrives just as good, quality and appearance.

Beautiful sweater

Extra items were ordered by mistake. I emailed immediately to cancel the 2 extra Christmas jumpers and just receive 1. Had a poor reply and they were not cancelled so received all 3. There is no return policy or address to send them back so are stuck with them and massively out of pocket. I don't think they understand. I will not order from Westsshops again.
I do not recommend this company.

The website was easy to use for what I wanted. I got all the information I required.

Easy to place order but would have preferred the prices to be listed in pounds for the British market.

Clothes on offer look really interesting and different. Ordering was straightforward and I received a confirmation email immediately. So far I have not needed customer service. I am eagerly awaiting receipt of my order so I can review the items.
