Worst customer service
I ordered sunglasses for my wife (anniversary) paid for shipping protection. It was to arrive in 10 business days. Here we are a month and some days later and it just shipped. I reached out twice during this time and was told it would arrive that week. Then I tried to cancel they said they couldn't because it had already shipped, which obviously wasn't true because it shipped today.

This is fake. It’s a China low end company. They are selling those products at Taobao around USD$10 same model same advertisement photos. Don’t trust those unknown brands. Most of them are low quality products worthless

I will agree with all the other reviews listed. The item I received so so very large that there is no way the extra small would fit. I have repeatedly asked for how to return for a full refund. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. i don't mind the quality although not as advertised but this COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED FOR ANYTHING, MUCH LESS GETTING AS FULL REFUND. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.

Poor quality
I received this item yesterday and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with it. The sizing is not accurate – I normally wear a US size 4 and ordered an Extra Large based on the size chart, but the blazer still fits too small.
The quality is also not what I expected. The fabric feels poor, and in some areas the material even looks flawed or damaged, as if it came from a defective batch. The floral design also appears uneven and not as shown online.
Overall, I am very unhappy with this purchase. The blazer does not reflect the quality or sizing described, and I cannot recommend it.

This company is terrible to deal with. My story is the same as the other reviews. I ordered 3 garments- all arrived in the wrong size and one in the incorrect color as well. The only way to receive a complete refund is to send the order back to what appears to be an address in China, which I would have to pay for. I have little confidence that they would reimburse me. I have reported them to Facebook. Better Business Bureau? They are offering me a 50% refund with 40% off on a future order. They said that I can keep my order. Nothing fits- why would I want to keep it? I would NEVER order from them again. I have complied with all of their requests, including sending photos of my items ordered from them. I have emailed them 6 times. I am still seeking a refund and do not want to accept their offer of 50% refund. This was their mistake, not mine. I also thought that the quality of their clothing was marginal. I would rank this company as 0 stars.

Wrong size. Wrong color. Bad customer service!
I ordered a green vest in size medium (based on their suggestion to size up one size). I received a very nice mustard colored vest in size XL. When I politely pointed out their mistake, they offered to give me 40% off on another purchase and allowed me to keep the gigantic vest. They said I could return it, but I would have to pay a very expensive shipping charge. It will be cheaper and more guaranteed if I keep the mammoth vest and have it tailored to fit me rather than using the 40% off to hope I get the right vest. This company is NOT customer-friendly. There is no chance I will ever order from them again, nor should anyone else. Buyer beware!
I need to update and be fair. I changed my stars from one to three. After I wrote this review, I sent one more email to the company, explaining the unfairness of their policy, and they gave me 100% store credit. That still isn't a refund, but it is an even exchange, IF I get the right size this time. And I don't have to return the original gigantic vest.One shouldn't need to be so pushy to get fair treatment, but ultimately they appear to be trying to come through.

Its a scam. They label their website and products as luxury but its a scam. You will get trash product with no way to return. They offered me to keep the product and in return I would not receive refund but rather a coupon to buy their garbage at a discount. update; Review above was given after I had ordered a 'wool' coat. Item arrived in a package shipped from china, had no Weston Milan branding, and the material was some kind of plastic/polymer. When I had contacted WM, they insisted the product delivered was as advertised, and i was not eligible for their hassle free return. Fortunately I was able to dispute the transaction with my CC provider.
