I bought the gels first, two colours and top and base. They were all lovely. The top coat did require two 90 second cures, overall I was very happy. They were lovely and as expected. I have quite weak nails so don’t want to use gels all the time, so my second purchase was the set of 5 colours, (Polish not gel) and I’m quite disappointed with those. I used all 5 colours on one hand just to see what they looked like, 4 and 5 are virtually identical, you can’t see any difference in the two bottles, I actually checked the numbers as I though they must have sent me two 4’s, and 4 and 5 are totally indistinguishable from each other on the nails. I wish 5 had been more brown/taupe as shown online. No 1 was very streaky as is often the case with whites, it’s more cream consistency than the jelly texture I was expecting. No 2 a little streaky, but fully opaque with 4 coats. Quality of polish is nowhere near as good as the gels, and they are labelled made in china which was very disappointing as I try to support British brands when I can.

Glass polish vanilla gloss. This product does not dry, and doesn't apply evenly. It's not possible to put one coat with out it smudging. I can't speak for the gel products. Customer service are not very helpful. I am really disappointed int he product giving how much it costs.

I purchased the polish, base and top coat after debating for weeks due to the high end cost.
I am allergic to hema and can’t use gel, so was hoping for a similar finish with the regular polish.
The colours are beautiful but agree with other reviewers that it looks quite streaky when applied, even after 2/3 coats.
The top coat is like nothing I have used before and has gone in the bin! Looks lovely and shiny when first applied but it stays soft and tacky, even days later. After a day or two it looks messy, dull and dented from not drying hard.
I’m still using the polish but wont be buying again.

I’ve been getting my nails done professionally for the last 9 years so I decided to give them a break but I also wanted to do them myself and ordered two of the glass gels.
I didn’t even prep my nails properly but it’s been 5 days no lifting or chipping and I absolutely love the colours, super natural and glossy.
Will definitely keep re-ordering!

I placed an order on a Sunday and realised immediately afterwards that I'd selected the wrong shade. I emailed straight away to request that the order be cancelled before it was processed.

At 11am on the Monday, I received a response saying the order couldn't be cancelled because their dispatch process happens very quickly. However, what was frustrating is that the order wasn't actually dispatched until after I'd received that email. It certainly gave the impression that there was an opportunity to cancel the order, but the company chose not to.

Mistakes happen when ordering online, and I understand that once an order has genuinely been dispatched it's often too late to cancel. But in this case, it felt like customer service was prioritising keeping the sale rather than helping to resolve a simple error. Very disappointing.

Glad I didn’t buy two colours of the regular polish. I got vanilla shade 1 and it’s sooo streaky. Probably won’t use it again as I took it off twice and tried multiple techniques. It’s a no from me. In the bin.

Products looked good but customer service is shocking. Definitely won’t order again in a hurry. Lots of other brands who offer the just as good quality and better customer service!!

I’d give this no stars in I could! Didn’t even last 12 hours. Bubbles and lifted off straight away. Did all steps as advised. What a waste of £78!!!! Don’t waste your money!!

Very disappointed with this nail company.

I ordered three shades for £78, and for that price I honestly expected something amazing. I’ve used professional brands before like OPI gel and other high-quality products, so I know what good gel should feel like.

Unfortunately, this product was thick, bubbly, uneven, and very difficult to work with, even when applied professionally. Honestly, you can get better quality for a fraction of the price on Amazon.

I contacted the company asking for a refund because I’m not happy with the quality, but instead of helping, they keep making excuses — saying I didn’t order their base and top coat, and ignoring my refund request.

So basically, £78 wasted, with no accountability from the company and no real customer support. Very disappointing experience, and I will definitely never order from them again.

Coming from a manicurist who has tried and tested endless amounts of gels, I can safely say the quality of this is unmatched, the consistency, the shine and the lasting power will forever be my favourite

I was very disappointed with the glass polish. As
it was developed by one of the uks top manicurist I was expecting this to be excellent, however it peels off the nails within hours of putting it on. I have given it the benefit of the doubt and tried this now several times always prepping the nails correctly and have tried it with different base and top coats but the outcome is always the same it just doesn’t last more than a few hours. This polish is just awful wish I could return it for money back but have had it too long now as wanted to try it a few times.would NOT recommend

I’ve been using the Vanilla Gloss gel collection for a few months now after trialling the range, and I can honestly say I love the products. The retention has been amazing on my clients. They’re getting a solid 3 weeks wear while keeping their nails looking fresh.
The shades are perfect for that clean girl aesthetic, soft and glossy. Application is smooth, the finish is beautiful, and overall the quality really stands out. Definitely a collection I’ll continue using in my kit. 🤍

So disappointing, starts to lift and peel off very quickly in spite of applying carefully and looks awful. Definitely not worth the extra cost compared with brands such as Essie. Won’t be buying again.

I am so sorry to say, this is a dreadful and very very poor product. It peels off within a day, the top coat literally never dries however lightly I put it on. It is sooooo ridiculously expensive for what it is. I felt so sorry at first for the delays in delivery because any start up must be tough. But this is a dreadful pointless product!

I honestly can't compliment the glass gel enough, the shades are all stunning and the product is such an easy application, going on seamlessly! I have tried the gel products on both myself and my clients with every set lasting 3 weeks plus.

I had absolutely no problem with delivery, it came super quick and I even ordered during the Black Friday Offer!!

I have been a professional nail tech for 14 years now and the top coat is unlike anything else I have used before, the shine is unreal!
