We revisited Grand Designs after seven years having done a self-build. We already have a lot of garden furniture from Westminster , purchased from a no-longer in existence store in Tunbridge Wells. We were simply looking at the Westminster stand but could not resist buying a few extra pieces. The lady who attended to us was amazing and tried to get us a decent discount as existing customers. Sadly the other individual on the stand( a manager?) who had been pretty off hand when realising we were probably not buying a complete set of new furniture, would not move on the price and was pretty unpleasant. As a result any potential extra purchases were not ordered there.
Such fantastic furniture , some great staff but one awkward and stubborn chap who spoilt our browsing and purchasing experience.

Justyna and the team are super helpful, and very knowledgable.
We purchased a beautiful corner sofa set, the process was very well managed, delivery was prompt, everything was assembled on site and checked by the team.
The quality and selection of furniture is fabulous, I highly recommend a visit.

We recently purchased a table and chairs for our office balcony and couldn't be happier with our choice. The quality is absolutely amazing, with a stylish and classy finish that has transformed the space and receives regular compliments from colleagues .

The delivery process was smooth and efficient, and what really impressed us was the customer service. There was a minor issue with our order, but it was resolved quickly and professionally the very next day without any hassle.

Fantastic service at their East Grinstead showroom from Fiona & Sue. Nothing was too much trouble, even with our multiple visits to narrow down our search for the perfect product.

Excellent service - all completed in a couple of calls and a scheduled visit to the distribution centre. All efficient and friendly. No hassles. More importantly, the construction of the product, a 3mx3m parasol, was of the highest quality, easy to assemble, and quite evidently vastly better and more usable than other products we were considering. Very pleased with purchase.

Hugely impressed with both the sales advice, customer service and after care from Westminster Living. Being able to see the furniture and try it out made a massive difference, order came very quickly but delivered at our convenience, and very well packaged. Minor issue dealt with immediately. Fiona and Sue particular helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great staff: Fiona was excellent. Gave us time to breath but had all the details at her finger tips when requested. Excellent sales team.

We were attracted by the window display as we were looking for garden furniture. Unfortunately we had not measured the garden so Fiona explained about the fabrics and the quality of the furniture and gave us a catalogue with all the dimensions. We did compare in other shops as we live about an hours drive from the Felbridge showroom. The journey back was worth it. The comfort of the seats was better than we had seen. With our garden measurements and a bit of juggling Fiona did a great job and we placed the order. Delivery was on the early side of what we were originally told. The two men brought everything into the back garden without a fuss. Once setup we have a perfect corner sofa. The covers are easy to put on and already have protected everything from our willife visitors.

I had heard of others who had purchased from Westminster Furniture and were impressed with the quality—and I can confirm it myself. An issue did arise with the table top, but it was resolved promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Westminster Furniture for their excellent service and commitment to backing their products.

I had to write this review after receiving amazing customer service from Mikaila at the Guildford Branch. I called this morning to explain a fixing on my parasol had broken, I sent through photos and have just received a reply from her to say they have the spare part and will be sending it out free of charge. I will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic customer service. Still enjoying our garden furniture after many years. Westminster are always happy to answer any after sales query and their response times are incredible. Would recommend this company highly and the products that they sell. Definitely deserve 5 stars!

Great customer service and two beautiful chairs – I’ve had Westminster garden furniture before and it lasts really well.
The staff at the East Grinstead store were extremely helpful in helping me load the chairs into my car and make sure they were secure with the boot half open. Definitely five stars!

Sean and Stewart delivered the furniture with ease and gave concise instructions to put table together.

Having scoured the internet forever for our preferred style & size of outdoor table I finally stumbled across Westminster Outdoor Furniture, which had several potential options. I called up to ask a few questions and Fiona could not have been more helpful. I popped into the Guildford store where Justina was friendly and informative, but not at all pushy. I was very impressed the variety and quality of furniture and dragged my hubby back to choose his preferred chairs. This time Sam was in the showroom and, once again, was friendly and attentive, but respected our space and happily let us ‘get on with it’.
Impressively, Sam had sussed out who I was, me having spoken to both Fiona & Justina, and gave us a little information which was helpful in our purchasing process. When we asked for a quote, she called up the East Grinstead office and spoke to Sue, who again, was incredibly obliging.
I commented to Sam how all four members of staff that I’d dealt with had excelled in their customer service. I really appreciated how friendly and approachable they had been, yet how they had not been pushy in chasing a sale. It transpired that the staff are not commission based and it suddenly dawned on me what an altogether different customer experience that factor had delivered.
For this reason, and many more, we were happy to give WOF our business and placed an order for several items. They have kindly agreed to keep our furniture a little while until we are ready to receive, so I can’t yet comment on the delivered items - however, based on our experience to date, I think we’ll be absolutely delighted.
If you appreciate a no pressure shopping environment where staff are ‘there when you need them’ and not ‘in your face’ when you don’t, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
