We have used West Gas Services in multiple occasions and Ralph never disappoints. He is the best multi skilled plumber around coming up with the solutions from an honest standpoint.

Ralph installed my new boiler 2 years ago and has serviced it every year.
Did a great job as never had central heating before, great advice on the type of boiler needed and always replied same day when I needed advice and cleaned up after the work was done. Always polite

Ralph did a great job assessing, quoting and installing a new boiler and hive control, expansion tank, new radiators. He is a very thorough gas engineer, who knows his trade inside out and is very willing to explain and offer suggestions for any improvements. He is prompt to respond, punctual,a tidy worker and can be relied upon to carry out the job as quoted in a friendly manner.

This is the best Heating Engineer and Plumber I have come across, I'm lucky to have found him honest reliable and lets you know when he is arriving. I would highly recommend Ralph.

Ralph came to disconnect our gas hob and cap off the main gas supply. His responsiveness and communication skills were excellent. He surveyed and carried out the job diligently and efficiently. All this was done within a couple of hours after we accepted the quote. He was friendly, polite and very approachable and not once did we feel that we could not trust his actions nor knowledge. As a result, he has quoted for another job which we are seriously considering.

Ralph came on a short notice to fix a leak we had behind our dishwasher. He immediately came across as a honest and trustworthy person. The repair was quick and he showed great professionalism from the beginning to the end. The pricing was very transparent from the beginning and there was no hidden cost.
He also gave us a few other tips that were greatly appreciated.
We are definitely saving his contact details.

I recently had the pleasure of Ralph Watson from West Gas Service fitting our new boiler, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Ralph was extremely prompt, arriving exactly when he said he would, and got straight to work. His efficiency and professionalism were evident from the start.

One of the standout aspects of the experience was Ralph’s thoroughness in explaining the job. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. This level of communication was incredibly reassuring and demonstrated his commitment to excellent customer service.

What made the experience truly great was Ralph's attention to detail and his willingness to answer all my questions. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. Ralph not only completed the job to a high standard but also left the workspace spotless, showing great respect for my home.

Overall, Ralph Watson is doing an exceptional job at West Gas Service. His promptness, clear communication, and meticulous work make him a top choice for anyone needing boiler services. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to call on Ralph again in the future.

Best Gas Engineer in Town! Ralph came to fix my boiler on short notice, and he was fantastic! His professionalism and expertise make him one of the best gas engineers I've ever encountered. Ralph is diligent, Gas Safe certified, and has a wealth of knowledge in his field. I've been using his services for over 10 years, and I haven't had any problems with my boiler since. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence are unmatched. Highly recommend Ralph for any gas engineering needs!

First time Ralph attended the job he come accross as honest and very knowledgeable giveing all the options avalible. This makes a change these days....The new boiler install complete within a week and carried out to a high standerd.

Ralph visited us on two occasions. He first came after our boiler broke down to perform a power flush due to sludge in system. He got our boiler back up and running but warned that it will break down again at some point if a section of pipes weren’t cut out and replaced. We opted against it at first since we just wanted the system running in the short term.

The boiler broke down again after a few weeks due to the exact issue that Ralph explained to us during the first visit (he was actually able to identify the issue from photos before he came). We had Ralph visit again to carry out the pipe work and the boiler has been working perfectly ever since!

I would certainly recommend Ralph to anyone with central heating issues. He is very professional and knows his trade extremely well.

Ralph came highly recommended from a friend during a very stressful time as my electric shower had stopped working and it's the only option in our wet room to shower my disabled son.
From the first visit I knew I had hit the jackpot with how caring and understanding Ralph was. He went above and beyond to explain the process, told me what to purchase to complete the job and was very understanding when I purchased the incorrect item, thereby extending the completion of the job.
It felt like I was dealing with a family member with how comfortable yet professional he was. I would not hesitate to reach out or recommend in the future. In fact, the 5 stars aren't enough. Well done Ralph 👏

Have had Ralph take care of my boiler for years, very professional. Came out to me very recently in an emergency, sorted my leak no problem. Will continue to use West Gas Service for all future needs. Thanks Ralph

Ralph helped me out recently with heating problems, and fitted a new gas boiler and gas fire at a competitive price. He is most reliable, always arrives on time, and is happy to explain problems and options. He was happy to prioritise and put my mind at ease. A very professional service

more than happy to recommend

Following two plumbers with ripoff prices, both informing us to replace the boiler. West Gas then attended and carried out a simple repair. I highly recommend Ralph and am thankful for the professionalism and honesty.

I was lucky enough to have a great recommendation from Ritchie, who put me in touch with Ralph. Ralph has replaced the boiler and renewed all pipe work in our property.

Ralph has also helped mend and fix minor problems, quickly and effectively. Including issuing gas safe certificates.
