Loved this place for years when I was into the caviar concentrates. But I had to quit solvent based concentrates as I got squeaky lungs. As soon as i switched to hash ( and discovered charcoal filters) my lungs improved. I tried some of the hash from WCC, but was unimpressed. The most incredible hash I found is Piatella or full melt hash. Both are goldisg in color, turning almost white in the middle. Its sweet, strong and a terpene taste as good as caviar. Unfortunately WCC has been attempting to pass off regular hash as Piatella hash, which its nothing like. Ive told them, and read other reviews saying its not Piatella hash, but they dont care, and still list it as such. For that reason I have banned them, because thats a crappy way to do business. Hope they miss my $3k a year. After that I was buying real Piatella from Pacific Grass before they started only selling it by the gram to make more money. Done giving them my money now as well. My final resting spot, and so far I'm thrilled, is Hash Online Canada. They have a good selection of true sticky, golden full-melt hash at a great price. My faves are Maui Mango (sativa) and Purple Punch (indica). And they give you freebies and a very generous points system.

Paid $150 for the $10 grams of shatter well I will tell u from experience I've made shatter in this stuff is not made properly at all tast like crap takes ur breath away definitely made with naphtha fuel and cut with filler I remember paying $600 for a oz of good shatter actually premium shatter anyways the bud is decent

Used this place for years and if there was any issues it was instantly resolved. Half the negative reviews on here seem like customer error or just complete lies.

Their quality plummeted during the pandemic as they willfully cut corners while making incredible profits. Not worth giving these guys your money for mislabelled strains, seedy and stemmy flower, AAs labelled as AAAAs.

Those who leave negative reviews or complaints on their Discord typically get banned and have their messages deleted . Absolute scumbag behaviour

I have been ordering from West Coast for sometime now. I’ve never once had an issue. The product is always top shelf. I have nothing negative to say about this dispensary and would recommend it to everyone.

On Wednesday 25,02,26, around 3 or 4 PM I placed an order. I paid $50 for the ups express shipping. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, it never came and got a notification that it will be delivered on Monday now. Should I be paying for express shipping at this point? I contacted him about this, and they're telling me that they will not reimburse and or do anything about it.

DO NOT ORDER from West Coast Cannabis! I ordered 4 bottles of ONE LIFE CBD TINCTURE MCT oil cbd tincture. They sent me rancid, expired ONE LIFE CBD grapeseed oil tincture instead. It tasted and smelled rotten. They admitted their error but refused to refund me, and said that I now could not return it either. I must throw it out now and loose $168.00 to these scumbags,and for doing nothing wrong other than ordering from them online.
I am in my sixties, and need cbd oil to help with my extreme back pain.
They obviously do not care about the well being or finances of their customers, they only want to get the money up front from you.

Very sketchy business practices, no customer service, no phone number even to reach them. They hide behind emails and leave us with no other options but to vent on social media in hopes of saving others from getting screwed over by them.
They basically took my money, shipped me rancid product, and won't communicate with me further to resolve it. I consider it absolute THEFT.

Ordered some weed from this site 4 oz out of 12 were not cured and I mean flushed all the garbage out of the plant like every professional grower does then when I smoke sizzlin weed from the chemicals they didn't want to flush out of the plant which is supposedly a quad of Peanut Butter Breath that isn't even half an A due to the chemicals that you inhale besides watch it make noises and sparks up the joint like a Christmas Tree. Happy Shopping strongly advise you check out Buyweed247 no joke best customer service and great products that you can return with 0 fight and I haven't returned or wanted to return any of their product as much as I been wanting to return the so called quad Peanut Butter Breath.

I’ve had no bad experiences so far.

Ordered from WCC many times and never had an issue with their gummies. My bf uses them to go to bed and the last batch we ordered doesn’t work. He even quadruple the dose he usually takes and was up all night. We opened a second pack, same thing, up all night. The third pack we opened, the gummies are all fuzed together. We contacted them, they wanted a pic of us unpacking the parcel. Asked us to send any pictures we had, just to tell us that the gummies could experience melting during transit and that it was beyond their control. They offered to reimburse us $25, when we placed an order for $150. We won’t be ordering from the ever again.

I ordered a vape which became defective soon after. I contacted their support and they made me send a video of it not working. Fine. Sent it, then they kept trying to make me give up by asking me questions like when it was a dual vape and one side was working they asked "did you charge it?" I said yes, they said charge it again then asked me to send another video and more pictures. After about 20 frustrating back and forth they finally caved and gave me 50% of my money back. Use another online dispensary. There are so many that don't try and jerk you around.

The product was good the first couple of times and now it's garbage. Also took forever for my package to leave there warehouse.

the service is unreliable,at 3 separate occasion i ordered from there service ,and the same thing happenned ,they say my package was shipped the give me a tracking number ,2 days later my package had not left there facility,i know because i contated post canada and they told me they did not have my package yet only the label was created ,i contacted west coast cannabis ,they told me the package at shipped wich was lie because my package was scanned by post canada a day later

Great product-the only place I shop. Shipping is a bit slow. Prices are great too! Plus you get free stuff. I’ve read a lot of reviews that people are missing product. I have NEVER had anything missing or a bad product. The edibles are fantastic. Why would you shop anywhere else? I don’t!
