I already left a review on my first days of treatment but I am now at the end! I have only one tray left, my smile is already amazing!

I have only just started my aligner journey with We Smile, but so far it has been nothing but smooth sailing. From the very get go, I felt very welcomed and listened to, and received a program specifically tailored to my requests (other companies I approached for a quote did not leave this impression unfortunately). Any concerns I had were noted, and adjustments were made until I was happy.
Victor at the city office is so friendly and easy to talk to, and was very patient in showing me the ropes of the aligners. Both Vanessa and Dr. Hoff have called me throughout the process to check up and make sure I was happy - this attention to detail and personalised care really makes We Smile stand out for me.
I'm so excited to see the final results, and I have no regrets starting this long awaited journey with the We Smile team :) I highly recommend!

Efficient and great communication from staff and initial consult was excellent. We are very happy with the service and the product so far. Only just started the treatment so can only review the pre-treatment phase.

The whole experience has been really pleasant so far. After some initial doubts, it turned out to be such a good decision to go with WeSmile. Especially the helpfulness and the availability of communication with both the staff members like Mel and also Dr. Hoff is really amazing. I really like how they give you the feeling that I can reach out to them at any time (even weekends). Even Dr. Hoff called me a couple of times just to make sure if everything is going well.

I am currently at my forth aligners and I am finding it very comfortable. Like everyone else says, no one has noticed the braces in my mouth, and I also got used to the slight lisp at the beginning.
I also find it surprising how little the braces hurt. It almost does not hurt at all.

Overall, I expected them to be much more restricting in my daily life. But I am being very happy with my braces and am still very eager to go through the whole process after approximately a month. Big thanks to every one of the WeSmile team!!

You get so much value from the Free scan! It's an experience you have to try for yourself. Also, dont feel like you have to know everything before you go, Jason (one of their Oral Hygienist) did a great job educating and guiding each step of the scan.

Prior to visiting Wesmile I had been to a similar company who had rejected my treatment and didn’t give me any reason as to why. I went to Wesmile thinking I would have the same outcome, I was wrong.
I explained to Dr Hoff and Mel what had happened and they assured me that no matter how they have to do it, they will give me the perfect smile!
I am now two months into my treatment plan and it has been a quick and easy process, I can see the changes already.
I would recommend we smile to everyone!

From my initial appointment, to ordering and delivery of the invisible liners and instructions on how to wear them, cleaning and hygiene and using the app....the team were there to talk me through everything and answer my questions.

I made an appt. for 2pm 9/5/19 & tried numerous ways to contact wesmile to see if I could make the appt earlier.
• Although I was called to confirm
my appt when I tried to call the same number I got a ‘number disconnected’ message
• I left a message on the number obtained from their website at 10:15 9/5 but got no reply
• there is no way to contact wesmile other than an online request - done but no reply
• I arrived at their location, checked with reception who contacted Mel then Vanessa to come get me but after waiting 20 minutes I left.
Very disappointing & unprofessional

such a positive and professional experience I will now recommend all my friends and colleagues to WeSmile, I couldn't be happier
