Too minty and no other seasoning. Needs salt and pepper and more onion flavour. The burgers we made with this are inedible unfortunately

Tuotteen tiedot
Product Details Lamb mince makes beautiful burgers but finding a seasoning to match it has never been easy. This burger mix might just be the answer to that. The freshness of the mint adds a real zing to this burger whilst letting the meat do the talking. Simply follow the recipe and enjoy these burgers on those long summer evenings, enjoyed with a cold glass of cider. Product Features - 340g packet. - Makes a 10lb batch of burgers. - Contains Rusk (Gluten)

Not bad, Doesn't taste of Mint as such, Just tastes of very light spearmint flavour. had to add extra dried mint to boost the flavour.
I used lamb that was lean, needed more fat content to it as I found the mix didn’t quite bind the minced lamb. But the product itself I couldn’t fault and will certainly order more in the future.
